Very very bad business especially their billing department! I was billed for the wrong amount, tried to get them to correct it. They have very incompetent people dealing with Patients invoices!
They said they would fix it and then sent me to collection.
Even the collection agency told me i was not the only one having issues with them! Stay away!

Dr Mandelbaum is the best! He did Karisma’s left knee 2−½ years ago and it is truly amazing. She is so strong. Unfortunately the bother ACL was torn this weekend. It was depressing but knowing how great Dr Mandelbaum was the first time… We would never go any place else. The staff is amazing. Carmen, Christy and Angie have hearts a gold. They make everything seem fine. We are truly blessed !!!

The actual procedure was successful and the entire medical staff excellent. However, the billing department is horribly ineffective and not helpful. Although I had the insurance to cover the procedure, the office made no attempt to bill the insurance company leaving me with a large bill. I’ll go elsewhere next time!
