And now we know why he is so highly regarded. We were consistently in awe of his ability and willingness to respond to our calls or e-​mails usually within minutes! Often thinking… how in the world does he do it? He never made us feel like we were bothering him. To the contrary, he made us feel like what we had to say was always important. His ability to include us in the process so we could save him work and thus money on our end was also greatly appreciated. He directed us expertly and efficiently while gathering information and the outcomes often times were stunning. Over time we grew to have the highest regard for this hard-​working, caring man and can’t imagine what we would have done without him.
