Stay away from this place! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
While they were cheap, they are incompetent when it comes to wheelchair repairs. We went to fix a power wheelchair.
They either lied or had no idea what they were doing.
I asked if they could fix my wheelchair and they said they could. After it was «fixed,» it had the same problems. So, no, they could not fix it. They also had the audacity to say the problem was my charger when it wasn’t.
The quoted price was around $ 300. Then they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount (around $ 1000) or not give my wheelchair back for further repairs, neither options I was happy about. I think they take old wheelchairs and use the parts to resell and make new chairs.
I had to negotiate the price with them to get a wheelchair that was not fixed back.
The employees are rude. I would save myself the time, trouble, and hassle and stay away from this place. Also, one of the employees literally got mad that I was smiling. Who does that? This place.
