Established in 1993.
As an expert dietitian/nutritionist, Stacey has been featured in numerous publications including Prevention, Lucky, Runner’s World, and The Women’s Edge Health Enhancement Guide series. She has been an Adjunct Clinical Instructor of Dietetics and outpatient dietitian at Florida Hospital, consulted for the RDV Sportsplex in Orlando, Florida, and acted as the University of Southern California’s student and hospitality department dietitian.
Stacey received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition & Food Science at Syracuse University and completed her training at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. She has also earned additional training and certification in: PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), Personal Training from the National Council of Strength & Fitness, Therapeutic Lifestyle Certification in First Line Therapy, and has completed CDR Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management.
