My furniture was piled everywhere in order to access the jack I wanted converted into an ethernet outlet. When the Time Warner Cable guy showed up, he promptly advised me that he was unable to perform the conversion. At almost 5:00 p.m., about to panic, I had the good fortune of reaching Nick at Safe & Sound Technology. Two hours later, he was at my home, quickly and efficiently completing the job, at a very reasonable price (one third less than what I had been quoted for an appointment a week later by a competitor). If you’re looking for prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and highly competent service for a job big or small, Nick is your man. Good-​natured as well!

I was considering doing this on my own, but after having Nick come in to do this I’m glad I didn’t try myself!

Nick was so helpful to me over the phone. I told him the problem I was having with a sliding door sensor, he made a recommendation that worked and saved me the cost of a service call. I would much rather do business with Safe and Sound for my ADT alarm service than ADT. I highly recommend this company.

My small tech office needed a projector mounted to the ceiling. Our ceiling is open with exposed corrugated metal, concrete beams and various pipes — not the easiest surface to work with. Nick provided estimates for two different types of configurations. After we selected one, he came out on the weekend to accommodate our business needs. The install went smoothly and he took care of a few extra details /​follow up items without additional charges to us.
We are very happy with the installation and level of service — and we’re in the midst of booking our next project with Safe & Sound (the wall mounting of a 50″ TV & attendant a/​v wiring.)

If you need repairs for your existing alarm system, I recommend Nick. He does an outstanding job, and he charges much less than an ADT (or other alarm company) technician.
