Ryan really knows his stuff! After having my hard drive crash on me, he was able to back it up in reinstall it on a newer SSD. He also helped in upping my RAM and making my computer, not only faster and better, but literally making it new again. He walked me through some steps to KEEPING it fast, and he also while the computer was installing new updates, also helped clean and speed up my older MacBook Pro. Will be using Ryan again for all of my computer problems and needs!

Ryan is quick, knowledgable and very good at fixing all sorts of computer problems.
He is prompt and professional. My computers were running slow and he was able to get rid of a bunch of junk and programs I was not using, which were slowing my computers down. This immediately fixed the poor performance I was experiencing. His fee is extremely reasonable for the services provided. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with any sort of computer issues. I haven’t even taken my laptop to this place for repair and I think Ryan is amazing.
I have a 5 year old macbook pro which needed the logic board replaced. I emailed Ryan asking him what he thought it would cost me to fix it and, ALTHOUGH HE COULD HAVE PROBABLY SCORED A SALE AND SOME WORK, he was very honest with me and said my issue was not worth repairing given the cost. Better to look for a used machine to replace mine.
That is aces in my book!

Ok, so Ryan saved my bacon!
I run a media agency and I had two Macs that needed some serious work. One of the hard drives was failing and I was close to losing a ton of information.
Not only did Ryan save it, he also replaced my hard drive for a Solid State hard drive (which made my machine faster than the new mac pros), updated my OS, Microsoft and iLIfe software.
Pure genius.

In today’s day and age where we rely heavily on technology, the last thing you need in your life is your laptop to become water logged from being on the floor in your room when your place unexpectedly floods. My MACBook Pro started acting up after the incident and I wasn’t able to use it properly or efficiently. The mouse pad was unresponsive, and it would not wake up from sleep mode in the timely fashion I was used to. What is one suppose to do when their livelihood relies on this piece of technology? Call Ryan!!! Due to his responsiveness, he was able to backup my sensitive data, restore my laptop to its proper working state and wipe away any fear I had of losing precious time in accomplishing several projects I was in the middle of.
Ryan is very professional and takes the time to explain everything in laymen’s terms, which is helpful when your vocabulary is not heavily populated with I.T. related terms. While I hope I do not come across many more hiccups with my laptop, I know if I do, Ryan will be the first person I call.

Ryan and his team were spectacular when it came down to fixing my 27“iMac. After several attempts trying to fix it myself watching YouTube videos, I’m so glad I brought it to them. Turns out I had a crashing hard drive that needed replacing. Their prices were beyond affordable compared to all the other places I researched and Ryan kept me updated from start to finish (making sure I knew what was going on from the get go). Computer problem? Call Ryan!
after having had a previous (recommended) service based in the valley leave me in the lurch last week, i was leery of calling someone else.
ryan got great reviews, and so i called today (sat am), figuring i’d set up an appt for next week.
ryan himself picked up the phone. i asked about possibly coming today (but thinking ‘yeah, like THAT’s going to happen’), –BUT–
he said no problem — came out (+ even warned me he’d be a little late b/​c of traffic).
i can’t say enough good things. ryan was polite, professional, PATIENT, and was able to fix the problems on my ‘list’, even to the point of fixing some bad code on one of firefox addons that was malfunctioning.
i would highly recommend ryan for his competence, his ability to explain stuff in ‘crayola’ terms, and, for getting me ‘up + running’.
