They jacked up my rates for no reason, I called them back a few times, they did not follow up what they said they would do. They are so stupid, my license was renewed recently but I had the license for years, they put me in as a new driver, increased my rates. I am still talking to them and they are not very active in correcting their mistakes. Its a rip off, lets see what happens, the staff is clueless and have no knowledge. They make mistakes and do not care if the rates are increased randomly in the middle of the policy.
