Update again: this place came sniffing around my office again under the name «Evergreen Printing» Asked the rep to email me a catalog and she was evasive, Google showed them located at the same address as Reliable. Beware, ask for more info and do your research before you commit, they seem very nice and professional until you get involved with them. Then they get nasty.

I had asked for a copy of their standard «open invoice» to see what I’d be signing up for. They said they’d get one to me right away via fax. But it never came.

They kept calling and told us they will send us 2 toner cartridges and if we are happy with it, we will have to pay. But when I put the cartridges in, they were both defective! I called them, they made up some lame excuse about how it’s some smartchip thing blablabla. But nothing prints! So my company was actually down a printer for a WHOLE day. Printing 101– FAILED. Now come pick up your damn defective toners!

I actually rate this company –100. I have had a man by the name of «SARGE» call my office about 3 times a month. He is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. How the hell do they expect to get any business of any kind with the unprofessionalism of their employees. he asked to speak to someone here and when i asked what this is in regards to he said «its time for you to answer a question!» and hung up on me. Last time he said «same old story» when i didnt need his services and hung up on me. They are a disgrace and I hope they go out of business.

Do not… I repeat… DO NOT do any kind of business with this company, by any means necessary, what-​so-​ever. No matter what kind of pricing they may «guarantee» you!!! The company I work for has had NUMEROUS calls from this company, and they will NOT take NO for an answer. We have told them every single time that they call that we are not interested in their product, and we are happy with our current supplier. We have hung up on them several times, and they just call back. They call every week and continue to be persistent. We have been rude with them and told them flat out to STOP calling us, they are wasting our time, and we are not interested. They have harassed our employees and proceeded to DEMAND speaking with the CEO, immediately. Really? A printing company thinks that the CEO will take his call? No, he won’t. He has better things to do… Say, like, run our company? This company is unbelievably RUDE and RIDICULOUS. They will harass you, call you back to back, and call requesting to speak with someone different every time until someone will say «Okay» to them. DO NOT SAY OKAY or YES. Apparently (from other reviews), you will get screwed over. My suggestion, if you get a call from anyone at Reliable Printing, just HANG UP. Don’t give them any room to talk. I think they are bipolar too. One minute they are harassing you, you hang up, they call back, get someone else, and they are sweet as candy. Can we say. cuckoo?
Should you ever answer the phone and they say they are calling from «Reliable Printing», just hang up! Don’t say anything, just HANG UP! Warn everyone in your company that may answer the phone and tell them to hang up as well!
How can any company survive by running a business like this? It’s so disturbing.
I wish I could give –5 Stars. Look them up on the BBB website. They have an F for their business rating. Scary.

I also have been scammed by this company. They offered me a deal of 2 cartridges for $ 75, and I could return for a full refund if not satisfied. NEVER did they say that I was agreeing to a future shipment of four more cartridges at $ 75 each. The first two cartridges worked okay but didn’t last any longer than the ones I buy at Office Depot for the same price. So I just figured, okay, I won’t buy any more from them. When they called me back indicating they were sending 4 more at $ 75 EACH, I refused, indicating this was the first I had heard that there were 4 more involved and why would I pay $ 75 for something I can get for half that price at a regular office supply store. Anyway, i have now had four long phone conversations with them, each time they tell me that I agreed to something in the previous phone call I never agreed to. During the last phone call they indicated they have a verification process and that I received a call after the initial order verifying that I knew there would be 4 more cartridges sent. I said — fine — show me the proof — send me the tape. He said, I’ll get it to you and hung up. So we’ll see what happens.

I’m thinking of calling the Ohio Attorney General. I didn’t receive what I ordered and it was grossly overpriced. This company has got to be some kind of a sham!

Absolutely horrible. They seem really nice on the phone and give you a «free» trial. And then a couple weeks later they send you a bill for the free trial. I tried to be nice with there so called «customer support» and then I had to be completely mean with them so they would not send me any more ink cartridges! If it seems to good to be true it is. Absolutely don’t use this company. You will regret it.

Took me forever to have them finally send me return shipping labels from my last conversation with them. I had to respond saying that «I have difficulty in paying for shipping», and the guy eventually agreed to send me the labels. If you say you don’t have an issue or problem, they will expect you to ship the boxes back to them. After arguing with the guy for about 15 – 20 minutes, he finally backed off. When he first picked up the phone, pretended to be helpful and understanding. But after he realized I just wanted these out of the office, the guy sounded like he wanted to shoot my dog.
How they function:
Their sales team do not care what happens with the accounting issues, so they will try their best to have you agree to have their products sent to you, which are supposedly «free of charge». They try to lure you in with their famous «try it out for 30 days, and if you don’t like it return them for free!» gimmick. After you verbally agree to accept the items and the «supposed invoice», the accounting department (if they have one) just calls you day after day asking for payment. Shipping «estimates» are a joke, probably like 5x the normal cost, and the cartridge prices are a joke as well.
I’m surprised they are still functioning as a business. Check them out on BBB and their ratings/​complaints/​issues (F).

I paid less for the ribbon replacement rolls than I did for the replacements I normally purchased at Staples. I have only received that one box of rolls (6), never received a second shipment, but it was also a long time ago that I received it (maybe a year almost?) and perhaps I called to cancel future orders? Anyway, I called this morning to get help on how to replace the roll, and the phone was answered right away, the rep tried his best to help me, then suggested I call Staples for assistance since I couldn’t find the instructions in the manual, then a few minutes later, he called back and curiosity or customer service must have gotten the best of him because he had gone online to find out a step-​by-​step instruction manual and gave me the website to follow along. He didn’t even try to sell me anything. It was a really nice, helpful experience. I think his name was Jeff.

I agree with all of the above. This company is fraudulent and misleading.

This company is AWFUL. Their business tactics are deceptive and aggressive– as in when you give them as inch, they turn to borderline harassment. I was offered the same deal– They would send me 2 cartridges at no cost, use one and if I see a benefit then I would keep the second cartridge and pay for only one. If I didn’t see a benefit then, they would send me a return shipping label and owe nothing. I used the first toner cartridge and it worked– but I also did not see any reason to use them and buy in bulk. I wanted to return them, but that «window» was conveniently over and I had to accept the 6 more cartridges, already on their way, that I really didn’t need. What’s more– the lady keeps calling me to tell me that she has recordings that prove I agreed to them– FINE– bully much? I’ll take the freaking cartridges if only to get you to stop calling! (and blow you up on Unilocal of course! That’s power:) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

UPDATE: Yeah, so, I feel bad leaving one star, but that’s because this is a place I would never work with again, and I’d go out of my way to tell other people not to use them. So several phone calls after my last posting, I spoke with my representative. I’ve had 5 boxes of 330 cartridges for almost a week at my desk, and I want them gone. I told Mr. X (name protected to protect to shady) that I only wanted 40 compatible cartridges total, and that they could take the rest of the cartridges. (NOTE: THEY DON’T DO REFUNDS, only exchanges.) I don’t want them. But for some reason they can’t do that, they can only take a certain amount of cartridges at a time. So I have to repack some of these and just store the others. They refuse to take any more until I exchange more cartridges. This is absolutely ridiculous.
So anyhoo, I told Mr. X that we don’t want them, and all of the sudden he started getting testy with me, telling me that we have outstanding invoices with him. He started yelling, and excuse me, I’m a grown adult, I can talk things out without raising my voice. He then spoke with my supervisor, and my supervisor told me we’re never dealing with them again.
Then the phone was passed back to me, and Mr. X was super nice again, wtf? So that was Wednesday I think. Yesterday I called back because we never received our shipping labels to send some of the cartridges back. The receptionist didn’t take a message, but assured me the new cartridges and shipping labels are on the way. It’s Friday now, and I’m still sitting at my desk with this stack of boxes. Seriously people, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place isn’t worth your time or money. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business, and I’m considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give them negative stars I would. This company is HORRIBLE!
I cannot get rid of them. They continue to call and harass me and anyone else who answers the phone.
I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. They continue to call DAILY and pester and try to force you to buy some inferior product that is unwanted and in completely unneeded quantities for extremely inflated prices. Literally, they consistently try to bully you into admitting that there is some obligation to get screwed by them.
It has come to a standing rule now at work to not accept any packages from this company and when they call to simply ask them to stop calling.
And yet they persist, like the kid in the movie Better Off Dead, who follows John Cusack’s character around demanding his 2 dollars.
We just can’t make them go away! Truly an unreal and disturbing experience.

It’s not worth it for me to buy in bulk either. When they called to see how I liked the trial toner, I told them straight up that I saw no benefit and would like to return the second cartridge. They guy tried to pull some trick about adjusting the invoice to what I pay at Staples. I told him that was not what I agreed to and then he became aggressive, smug, and condescending. I’m talking collection agent attitude. I didn’t back down and told him that I wasn’t falling for his «bait ‘n switch». I asked how this would be returned and he said via whatever courier I want. I told him that he was paying for the shipping and he laughed at me. We got into a heated argument and then he finally broke and agreed to send me a return shipping label, but not before taking the opportunity to talk to me as if I were a small child and explained step by step how to remove the shipping label from the envelope and attach it to the box. Stay far away from this company and their aggressive and demeaning scam tactics.
