I was in Santa Monica on vacation with my family and started having severe back spasms. I called Prodigy Chiro care and Dr. Rodriguez said he could see my right away. He treated me over the next few days and I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation pain free. After the trauma of having an accident, me being the pedestrian, I have to say that Dr. Casey has helped me both psychologically and physically in ways I thought were impossible. Dr. Casey Eisenbach was incredible, and I honestly didn’t trust chiro care until I met her. I got into a car accident on April 17th, and thank goodness I knew her from Gold’s Gym Venice, otherwise I don’t think I would’ve sought out treatment. She encouraged me to see her three times a week, plus a weekly massage to work on my neck and shoulder with trigger therapy. She was more than willing to work around my hectic schedule and has three convenient locations to choose from (Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, and Culver City). Being that she’s a competitive powerlifter herself, she more than understands the trails and tribulations of an athlete. She was quick to recognize that with my body I not only needed extensive treatment but also rest on the affected area. Each visit went as follows: friendly welcome; check-​up on recovery, pain, progress on training; electro therapy (sorry, I don’t know the specific term, but it feels amazing to have the affected area stimulated for 10 – 12 minutes); BRIEF deep-​tissue massage with a Rock Sauce-​like cream on the affected area; and lastly, adjustment. Her adjustment is quick and… Yah. Just overall amazing. I never knew my body, specifically my neck, could snap, crackle, pop like it did. Before I went to see her, my neck would crunch when I turned from side to side. After just two weeks of getting adjusted, the crunching noise ceased, and the pain in my right trap, neck, and shoulder dissipated significantly. Each visit would last approximately 30 – 45 minutes. Dr. Casey genuinely cares about the well-​being and health of her patients, and I would recommend anyone to go see her, especially athletes!

For over a decade I’ve experienced lower back pain and discomfort. I woke up one morning and I was in so much pain I couldn’t walk, sit, or lie down for longer than a few minutes. I’ve been to the doctor 2x in the past for the same thing – they took X-​rays gave me some pills and sent me home – nothing worked.
I searched for the highest rated and well reviewed chiropractic service on Unilocal and found Prodigy Chiro Care. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never been to a chiropractor. The staff is extremely professional, down to earth and super nice. The medical facility is state-​of-​the-​art and specializes in MY problem (amongst other areas of expertise). They too took x-​rays, but followed up with a comprehensive therapy plan, carefully explaining the how/​why along the way, including techniques I could do at home.
After only a couple of weeks, years of chronic discomfort are melting away. I travel allot for work and would dread having to sit for long periods of time but now, my discomfort is minimal. The most shocking thing I’ve experienced is that my habitual forms of slouching are now uncomfortable. I find myself sitting, kneeling, and standing more upright, using correct posture; I feel amazing.

Dr. Rodriguez is the best of the best. I went to the office with a painful sciatica and from the first session I felt better. He has the grace of the healing touch combined with a unique warmth and caring approach that makes you feel at ease from the beginning. You can tell he has extensive experience treating multiple conditions and during the consultation and the sessions, he takes the time to listen to your concerns and apply the correct therapy to help you in the healing process. I recommend him 100%.

Review update… I guess it counts that I’ve been using Dr Rodriguez for about 4 years now and I keep coming back. Recently I took a pretty bad skiing spill and messed up my lower back. He is definitely helping fix it!
I’m glad to see also that his care, professionalism and integrity are serving him well. He has taken on new locations and staff to expand his healing business. This is s good thing. I wish him well and will continue my care there. I have been using Chiro for over 25 years. I know a good one and he is just that.

I found Prodigy on Unilocal and given the reviews thought I would give it a try. I am so happy that I did! Dr. Casey and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! My entire experience has been fantastic. Unfortunately they are out of network for me, but to my surprise they helped me to work out a financial plan that was perfect for me! Something I have never experienced before :)
Overall, there is not a single compliant to make about the team or my time with them. If you are looking for a great chiropractor in LA that truly cares, this is your place!

Dr. Casey has been my primary doc for all PT & Chiropractic needs for the last year and a half and has been terrific. She has helped me get back on track to recovery and is super knowledgable and great at what she does. The Prodigy Chiro Care office is also great at fitting me in 100% of the times I’ve needed a last minute adjustment/​appointment. They are all super friendly and I am very happy with my overall experience there, each and everytime.

** First time at a chiropractor and professional dancer**
I went in here with terrible low back pain, I wasn’t sure what was wrong and as a dancer I needed to get better ASAP.
Dr. Casey and Dr. Rodriguez were both awesome. They were understanding that moving around was my job but realistic with me about the amount of physical activity I could do. With their help and guidance four weeks later I am back to my normal dance schedule and feeling no pain! They are both amazing, they tell you to call in whenever you have a problem or question. Booking appointments was easy and the assistants are very nice!
I am so glad I went in when I did and I would highly suggest it to anyone in the LA area!

Dr. Rodriguez put me at ease immediately. He’s upbeat, professional and genuinely caring. I value his approach to wellness. He spelled out his intended care plan and explained what treatments he recommended and why. He runs a very busy practice, but I don’t feel rushed during appointments. I felt confident enough about his care that I recommended him to my boyfriend, who is recovering from an auto-​immune disorder and is in pain. Plus, his team is friendly, thorough and gentle. I’ve seen nine-​10 chiropractors over the past 15 years. He is only the second one I trust with my health.

I went to Prodigy Chiro to get help with my lower back. From the moment I walked in Dr. Rodriguez and his friendly staff took a vested interest in my health and wellbeing. They walked me through the entire rehabilitation process and the steps needed for a full recovery. They worked with my schedule by getting me in early and/​or taking me after hours.
After going through the rehabilitation I can thankfully say my lower back feels 100% better. The decompression therapy really worked and the staff at Prodigy Chiro showed true compassion. It was really great experience.

I’ve had a great experience with prodigy! I can’t recommend them enough.
I came in a few weeks ago after my back suddenly locked up on me at work and I could barely move. They were able to get me an appointment that same day with Dr. Casey. After a quick assessment she gave an initial treatment that immediately relieved the worst of the pain so I could at least start moving again without wincing. After 2 or 3 weeks of frequent treatment, she had me back to normal and into my regular workout routine. She was also able to help with a nagging wrist injury I’ve been dealing with for months with treatment, stretching and strengthening exercises. She’s super friendly and great at explaining things like what’s causing the issue and the course of treatment.
The front desk staff is great as well, they’re always very welcoming when you walk in the door and are very helpful if you need to make any scheduling changes.

Not only are Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Casey amazing Doctors, but their attitudes and the attitudes of the staff always brighten my day. The staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
In regards to the medical care, Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Casey provide excellent care!
This is the third chiropractic center I have been to in my life and the only one that has seemed to ween me off of frequent adjustments. Previously I was getting adjusted one to three times a week and still in a lot of pain if I had to skip a week. Now, I am able to go an entire month with only one adjustment and my back and neck feel better than ever. I recommend Prodigy Chiro Care to all of my coworkers and friends!

I went to see Dr. Rodriguez for a chronic scoliosis I’ve been suffering from for almost two decades. Yes, that’s a looong time. I’ve tried everything, from traditional western PT to acupuncture and massage therapy. I have to say chiropracty has been the most efficient treatment for me, even if the pain is still present.
Each session with Dr. Rodriguez greatly relieves me for a few hours, but unfortunately it’s no magic and the pain always comes back on the following day.
One thing I really appreciate about Dr. R. though is how honest he is about the fact that things may take time for me to really feel pain free. No empty promises or bs like other chiropractors or acupuncturists I’ve seen before provided me with… Highly recommend!

Dr. Rodriguez rocks! I have back pains for forever. He has been taking care of them in the best way possible. I like that he is honest, he knew exactly what I have. You can see fast results.
He is punctual, they don’t have you waiting for your appointment.
I love his staff they are super friendly and always very welcoming. They return my phonecalls almost immediately when I need to reschedule, they don’t give me any problems, super accessible.
I go to his two offices in Marina del Rey and Santa Monica, both of them are very clean and organized (that is important for me)

I have to say that I had a great experience with Carlos and his team at Prodigy Chiro Care! Having a mild variation of scoliosis and kyphosis I wasn’t sure where to turn. I saw the great reviews for Prodigy and being that they were so close to me I was happy to give them a try.
Their staff and office facility were top notch! Sarah and Shane are 2 very sweet girls and were always on the ball and always reminded me of my appointments. Carlos himself is a very high energy guy who is very passionate about his trade. He definitely helped me understand my condition and made me feel comfortable in moving forward with treatment.
After about 18 sessions I definitely feel like changes have happened. My posture seems better and I feel more comfortable in my every day activities. I still need to do more work to get where I’d like to be but I think Carlos has gotten me off to a great start. I definitely plan on going back to him again in future to further my treatment.

If I could I would give them zero stars!!! The worst experience ever!!! Stay away!!! My insurance gave me his phone number! When I came there I was waiting about an hour for them to find out what’s going on with my insurance and finally when dr. Rodrigez got back to me he told me that my insurance is not good and it’s too much homework for them to deal with my insurance so he offer me to pay him cash the full price! And even despite the fact I was in pain he didn’t want to help me and gave me the worst attitude! He was really rude!!! You can not talk to people like this!!! And advised me to get back with my chiropractor in the valley! Because as he said the VALLEY is not Santa Monica! EXCUSE ME!
But I live in Santa Monica, and I’m just in pain and my insurance provide me with them information! Just stay away from this place!!!

Hace 4 años tuve un accidente por suerte solo involucro nervios y musculos dañados y no huesos rotos. Gracias a Don Carlos pude salir adelante me costo tiempo, esfuerzo y dolor pero lo supere, desde entonces y hasta la fecha e seguido en el consultorio ya que sus ajustes y terapias me han ayudado a no dañarme la espalda ya que mi trabajo es pesado. Sus enfermeras son muy amigables pero sobre todo muy profesionales. En caso de que se nesecite un ajuste el Dr Carlos de Prodigy Chiro Care es el indicado ya que me ha ayudado desde entonces.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said! I work with many doctors and I can honestly say that Dr. Rodriguez is one of a kind. He has a great bedside manner and also knows his profession which is very rare in this day and age. They are either too busy to give you the care you deserve, or they give you the care, but they don’t know what they are doing!
His staff are just as professional and friendly as he is. Shane and Sarah are rockstars when it comes to running the office. I feel like family when I go in there and see their smiling faces. They always ask how my weekend was and remember important events. They are always willing to help when I have questions or need to make other appointment arrangements.
I highly recommend Prodigy Chiro Care as the go to place for all your chiropractic and rehab needs.
