I recently got my eyelashes done by Nancy, and I couldn’t be happier! She’s so sweet and knows exactly what she is doing. This being my first time getting eyelash extensions, I was a little nervous, but she made me feel completely comfortable and answered any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend Nancy to any one who is looking to get eyelash extensions :) Can’t wait to go back!

Just had my eyelashes tinted with Caitlyn, she was so friendly and did such a great job. I will definitely go back for a different treatment.

This was my first facial in a long, long time. I treated myself to the Ultimate Anti Aging Facial with Liz. And today — one day after — my skin is still happy and smoother than before. Haven’t looked that rested in ages. Love the products and the very delicate smells. Not overpowering and very soothing. I’ll be back!

I had never had before. It was like being at
Disneyland~ a darkened room, music and incense
and the drifting away on a magical tour~ feeling
like you are floating. Emily was my marvelous
expert on scents, oils and massage. I felt a
glorious glow when it ended.

Let me just say Liz Canalis is an amazing esthetician. I have been getting facials from Liz for almost a year now. I love her and I love her facials. I followed her from her last salon. She keeps my skin in check. I never know what she is going to do, but whatever my skin needs I know my skin will be very well taken care of. She is the professional, I trust her judgment and I have never been unhappy. My skin is happy. I am happy. She has great products that she uses. She really makes sure that she uses the best products for your type of skin. Whatever your skin needs at the time. I can’t believe I almost forgot to mention this, it’s one of the best parts. Other than your skin looking amazing, you get a head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet massage. That’s right, all that gets massaged during your facial. It’s the best!

Petite Spa is awesome. I am 49 years old and have been to quite a few Spa’s in my time. The staff is friendly and the space is inviting. I love being able to book online! This was my first time here and even though I booked a specific facial, Amber was attentive to my needs and I ended up getting a different facial, which was AWESOME! I’ll be back!

I wish I would have found this place sooner! Juliana waxed my eyebrows and did a fabulous job. She really took the time to understand how I wanted them and executed flawlessly. She was also easy to talk with. I will certainly be back for my eyebrows and other spa services.

Love this little gem! I’ve been seeing Nancy for the past years for waxing, facials and now my eyelash extensions! She’s so sweet and her work is amazing! I’m constantly receiving compliments on my lashes everywhere I go! Go see her, her work is AMAZING! I’ve recommended her to all my girls and we all love her! Five stars for sure!

Lisa did volume lashes for me two weeks ago. (my Unilocal photo was taken yesterday, with almost all of the lashes still intact) The effect is amazing — so full and thick!

Love this place! I have gotten my lash extensions and my facials done here and they have both been amazing. What made it even better was having Nancy do them. Such a sweet person who really cares about what you’re trying to do on your visit. When getting my facial done she recommended me what products might help my skin, as well as tips on how to maintain healthy skin.
The Lashes– Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone! Once you get them done, the complements are nonstop! I got them done for prom and she gave me a full look while also keeping it natural because of my age. Every time I travel somewhere I also get them done because it they complement your face so well. You can tell Nancy loves what she does because of the result of her work. She always makes sure that each lash is spot on.
Also– great choice of music when getting a treatment. It’s like she knows what mood you’re in and knows what to play to relax you.
Overall– love the lashes and facials thanks to Nancy!

Love this spa! I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I love going to Emilee. She really knows about skin and the spa experience is never short of perfect w/​her. The ambiance is sooo relaxing and cute and always smells amazing.

Emilee at Petit Spa is amazing, as is the studio itself. She is very professional, efficient and a perfectionist to boot. She makes getting your, uhm, hoohaw waxed as enjoyable as the experience can be given the circumstances. The spa itself hits my top 3 as well: clean, comfortable and quiet.

Excellent customer service with professional and clean facility. Facial included upper arm and foot massage which was unexpected delight. Didn’t push product sales inappropriately and recommended some good body treats. Will definitely return.

I’ve been going to Petite Spa for two years and they are the most amazing technicians I have ever come across. From bikini to eyebrows Emily and Nancy have it going on. From someone who is so particular you can’t go wrong here they are fantastic and affordable!

Very disappointed in the service. After many years of loyalty to this spa I decided to get lash extensions. I actually loved them. I called back to book a refill and later, after deciding to move up my appointment I called again to see if there was an earlier appointment. Obviously because I was happy! The receptionist said she would advise and call me back. I then received a call from the owner saying that «obviously I wasn’t happy with my lashes so they were going to refer me out». Really? I called back because my schedule changed and I wanted to get in earlier. Lisa has lost my business. All because she didn’t really listen– I had a few questions, I loved the lashes, and I wanted to get in sooner. That’s all. As a new lash wearer, I did have questions; I guess she didn’t have the patience for me.
I am changing review rating of 2 to a 4, as the owner contacted me to apologize for the confusion. I applaud the follow up and desire to understand and keep me as a client. Thank you, Lisa!

I went to Caitlyn for a facial and my god this women is GIFTED. She was warm, articulate, and funny. The spa is glamorous and well-​kept without being stuffy or pretentious. Caitlyn’s facial room was tidy and organized. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating and the products smelled divine! She went through the usual facial routine, but with much more care and precision. I usually go to a medical esthetician in a dermatologist’s office, but this was superior. My skin looked like a Kardashian and felt like a tiny baby angel’s cheek. Oh and they are kitty corner from Bay Cities with 3-​hour street parking. Literal dream day. Team Caitlyn.

Went to Petite Spa for the first time yesterday to get a bikini wax. Emilee Wilson took care of me and She was super quick and friendly! The spa itself is very cute and cozy, definitely coming back for waxing and other services.

Thank you to the whole team at Petite Spa. I took my mom in for her birthday for a facial and both Nancy & Ashley were fantastic, and the lovely lady at reception was so helpful booking us in. Lovely little space, very relaxing and the products were great. We will be coming back for sure —

I have worked by Petite Spa forever and this was the first time I went in, so glad I did!
Kelsie did my brow shape/​tint and I cannot be more pleased. I went in there with my eyebrows all over the place and she took the time to really make them pop. Not only were my brows amazing, but she was the nicest person to talk to. We were just chatting away on a bunch of different topics, the time flew by. She was super gentle, thorough and sweet. I am so happy with service and will definitely go back when I need them to get cleaned up. Maybe even try another service! Really liked the spa and supporting small business!

What can I say, I have tried facials in Europe, NY (home base), but Emilee’s facial was not only soothing, but also done with care and attention. You feel when someone likes their jobs, especially when they are working on your face.
The products were also good, but her approach to skin care makes me come back, for sure.
