Probably my favorite gas station, always clean, really friendly attendants, and I have had multiple incidents where cashiers go out of their way to help me out.

This place is disgusting. Oil prices are at there lowest price in 11 years and this place is still charging $ 3.50 a gallon. What’s it going to be when oil prices return to normal?

Will never ever, EVER get gas here again! I have lived in this area my entire 47 years of life and have visited that station often. I went in there today to get some air in my tires. I politely requested for the middle aged/​older lady (short with an accent) turn on the air machine for me. I figured while requesting for air I will ask if they have a bathroom. She looked at me and said «At least buy something». I couldn’t believe it. I had to buy something to use the bathroom. I should peed right there in her lobby. I told her I would hold my urge to urinate as I live right down the street and left. Grouchiest woman ever! She needs to be fired! I am guessing that it is the same woman that the other reviews are referring to. The Chevron on Wilshire and 5^th has just gotten a new customer!

Never ever ever buy anything at this station! The rudest and most obnoxious woman runs the counter, hateful, mean, and lying. In dire emergency (sick) need of the restroom, she lied while standing right at the restroom door & said she didn’t have one, shew! Go next door to Wendy’s! As if I was a bum or something! I am completely appalled!

That was probably the rudest I’ve ever been treated in the 2 years I’ve lived in Santa Monica. As a cyclist, I frequent gas stations to fill up my tires and simply ask the clerk to turn on the machine and it has been common practice not to pay for air. The clerk here, who when I asked for her name, hid her badge and refused to share her name with me, but had large curly, slightly afro-​ey hair, laughed at me for asking for free air. She said why don’t you want to pay for air, I said because I breathe it for free every second of my life, and have never paid to fill my bike tires. She continue laughing mockingly… are you kidding!!! She said I either had to buy something or pay for the air so I bought something that cost less than the air and she turned it on. She was a complete bit** and I will never purchase gas from this station again. Do clerks now need to be taught that you don’t mockingly laugh at customers for the entirety of their transaction!!!

Do not pump gas at this location!!!
As soon as I walked in the attendant yelled «if your gonna pay with your card, you can pay outside at the pump.» Wow… RUDE!
I bought a gum, candy, and a water and then took out a hundred dollar bill to pay. The dark male employee became irritated and yelled «I DONT HAVE CHANGE!»
I told him to calm down and take it easy, but this only infuriated him more. I said «your hair is gonna fall off if you continue to be such a grouch.»
He got so mad, he looked like he wanted to cry. Afterwards, he abruptly snatched the merchandise away from my hands and said he refused to serve me.
Then he kicked me out of his store for what seemed to be no apparent reason, but his nasty attitude.
Stay away from this gas station! It has the worst customer service I have seen in years. I wouldn’t of expected this type of service in my community. This ghandi should transfer a Compton store.

Mobil 1 gas must be the best since that’s what they feed race cars right? Lol
