What an amazing person. My cat went missing last night and I was beside myself. I emailed Sarah late at night after finding her on a google search, and even though it was late she got back to me straightaway, knowing how scared I would be.
She went on to provide me with reassuring info that my cat hadn’t gone far, and really broke down the cat’s psychology of the situation, so I knew how to look for him. She also sent me a bunch of links for my local area of where I should post info about him being lost.
THIS IS ALL FOR FREE AND BEFORE I HAD EVEN HIRED SARAH. Thanks to Sarah’s sound advice, I found my cat the next morning. Had I not found him so quickly, I would’ve had no hesitation in hiring Sarah right away to help find him, because it’s clear that she’s not in this for the money at all, she really cares, and just wants you to get your best friend back. I have no doubt that she would put all and everything in to the situation, because she did that for me even before any money had switched hands. Should this ever happen again (God forbid) to me or any of my friends Sarah will be my first port of call, I trust her completely.

I offer my strongest recommendation for Sarah Sypniewski and the services provided by Ninja Dog Concepts. On January 15, 2013, Petco lost my very frightened dog, Daisy. No one knew which direction she ran, and I had no idea how to begin a search for her. I called the person who assisted in Daisy’s original rescue as a puppy and had been involved, in general, with animal rescues, and she recommended Sarah and Ninja Dog Concepts. Although it took one week for Petco to hire Sarah, she provided us with some valuable advice in the very important early days of the search for Daisy. Upon being hired, Sarah took immediate command of the search. Sarah advised us regarding the design and information needed on the posters and flyers we distributed in order to make these important tools most effective, the most efficient distribution of posters and flyers, the involvement of social media to aid in finding Daisy as well as to help mobilize volunteers, and the use of various other resources we could utilize in our search. Due to Daisy’s extreme fear of people, Sarah determined the best strategies to first locate and then recover Daisy. Daisy’s personality complicated her recovery since, being fearful of people, she would run away from strangers, and consequently, Sarah utilized specific techniques for this situation. Sarah maintained and analyzed detailed information regarding possible Daisy sightings, and she organized and instructed volunteers for a door-​to-​door canvas to alert people in areas where Daisy had been seen on what to do and what not to do if Daisy was spotted in the future. Ultimately, Daisy was located primarily from the social media efforts that were established, and finally, Sarah accompanied and advised me on how to approach Daisy in order to effect her eventual recovery.
I enthusiastically recommend Sarah and Ninja Dog Concepts. Her management of Daisy’s search allowed me, as Daisy’s owner, the ability to concentrate on those things that I needed to do in order to bring Daisy home. Sarah’s search efforts were proficient and knowledgeable, efficient and energetic, flexible according to the ever changing situation, and were performed with the utmost care and professionalism. In addition, Sarah is wonderful to work with. In short, Sarah’s efforts were instrumental in bringing Daisy home. You can’t go wrong hiring Sarah and Ninja Dog Concepts. Thanks again, Sarah!

If your pet goes missing, Sarah will be your guiding star (and she is a star) in the effort to recover your precious furry family member. She has an amazing track record — dogs have been found against what looked like insurmountable odds — and I am a big walking ad for her and Ninja Dog Concepts. You couldn’t be in better hands with Sarah on the job.

I First met Sarah when she was advocating for a puppy that had been hit by a car and left for dead. Her contribution helped to get this dog not only pulled from a local shelter and placed it a local rescue, they were able to raise enough money to get him the care he needed to survive. Did I mention this happened all within the first 48 hours of his accident? NinjaDog Concepts is the natural progression for Sarah. She is major player in the animal advocacy network in Los Angeles; she works her but off, she’s extremely talented, and she genuinely only has the animals well being at heart. They are her motivation and inspiration! Take a note of this service because it is unique and that much more necessary.
