Yes I waited until now because from the beginning I had the intention to write this. You’re a liar about the carfax but took down the link on your site for it. If u want to prove me wrong post the car fax. I’m showing you a listing from your site and I personally saw the carfax. Listed with an accident and 2 owners. I attached the picture to your Unilocal page. You guys are liars and that doesn’t change anything. Plus why do you care when I posted a review and if I bought a car or not. You have done me wrong and potential clients should beware before stepping foot in this place. And just in case you still don’t know what the car is its a BMW 528I. And now I own one which I bought from an actual BMW dealership instead of a bunch of crooks. Also thanks for calling me a douchebag and calling my review bogus. Really professional.

This place doesn’t deserve even a star. They list cars and say clean title no accident blah blah blah… all lies. Those same cars with the carfax on their website report damage and accidents to the vehicle. They will tell you one owner but the carfax tells you something entirely different (rental car for example but relisted as one owner). Liars and cheaters are the worst salesman and Fred just might be the worst. He literally hanged up on me in the middle of the call and was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to you. Not doing a favor to buy a car from you. And I’m much happier with the car I have now. This dealership doesn’t deserve sh*t for lying to everyone.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING.
We heard about this dealership because my dad saw on the USAA/​TrueCar website that they had a 2014 BMW 320i with just under 18k miles on it on the lot, so, we drove from Oxnard all the way to Santa Monica…
At first, I was a bit apprehensive about even looking at a car here because I have never bought a car and I have never bought a car that wasn’t a huge dealership like Toyota or CARMAX, so, I was expecting the most awful used-​car buying experience ever.
Actually, I think I had just been scarred from the movie «Matilda.» Remember her dad? The used car salesman, Mr. Wormwood (played by Danny DeVito)? He was absolutely awful and dishonest!
They all, proved me wrong.
Bianca is the sweetest and most helpful saleswoman ever! She answered all the questions my dad and I had and did not pressure us one bit into making a decision that we were uncomfortable making. We could barely find the dinky 320i – as our eyes were distracted by the beautiful vehicles that were accompanying it on the lot! Luxury cars EVERYWHERE!
When it came time to talking numbers, this is where they really mean business. I had never bought a car and my credit needed some building, but, Fred and the owner’s son (forgive me, I forgot his name, but he was such a sweetheart) did everything they possibly could to help me. My dad was hellbent on putting the car under his name for the sake of lower interest and monthly payments, however, Fred really worked with us since it was me who would be making the monthly payments. He really stood up for me to my dad and said that if I’m going to be making the car payments, then, my name needs to be on the title also.
Fred is the only person who has ever been able to persuade my dad like that.
They all worked together to miraculously to finance me to where my car payments were affordable.
I’m probably the only person in this world who could say that my first car buying experience, was THE BEST experience ever.
The next time I buy a car, I will be buying from them as well. I’ve also been telling everyone I know about them – they are absolutely genuine people who do not pressure you into anything and just want to help you find what you want at a reasonable price.

I walked in last week and first off they have a beautiful quality inventory of luxury cars. I walked in and let them know what I was looking for and not only did they have the vehicle I wanted but Peter also gave me a really great price! The most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a car, that have a very knowledgable and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for beautiful cars and quality service.

***WONDERFUL BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! I located the car I purchased through USAA car buying service. If USAA puts their name behind a company you know that they are reputable. Peter was in touch with us on every step of the way, letting us know the condition of the car after their inspection. We drove from San Diego to Santa Monica to purchase the car on Christmas Eve. All of the employees were extremely welcoming… we felt like part of the family! All of the cars on the lot were gorgeous! After driving the car almost a month I can assure you I still love it! I would highly recommend this dealership!***

This place was the perfect place for my first car, being that I wanted a more luxurious car as a first car Fred definitely did help with that to low payment costs to making me feel more than welcomed he helped me out with a beautiful low mileage 2014 Mercedes 250, however later when I got home and got an exact quote from my insurance agent I later realized how expensive my payments were going to be and being that I couldn’t afford it I went back, when I returned I was expecting a closed door no more room for negotiation now that I singed and there’s nothing I could do, Fred was not there but Peter was and I got the exact opposite reaction, being that I still needed a car but something I could afford I thought I was out of luck because they only go focus on high end European cars but when I went and explained my situation to Peter this dude was amazing and hooked me up with another beautiful low mileage 2013 Honda Accord with great payments and a cheaper price, like I told them the only reason I came to this place was because the reviews I kept seeing on Unilocal how they treat their customers like family, that is 100% true and I feel happy about purchasing my own first car!

Peter at Major Motor Cars is the best. Walked onto the lot and never once felt the typical pressure that comes with car salesmen and dealerships. Once I told Peter what I was looking for, he located an incredible Range Rover Sport, and had the deal finalized in no time at all. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I will be back, and will be referring my friends. Great stuff Peter! Thank you!

I would of gave this place 5 stars, but there was 2 minor problems that held me back from giving the 5^th star! The 1^st minor problem was they didn’t wash my car, although it was pretty clean to begin with there was a little mess in the cup holder. The 2^nd minor issue was that they didn’t give me the spare key. I had to run back in right before taking off to get it.
Other then that I have to say I am overall impressed with the process. It was a no pressure transaction. Negotiating was easy and I got a great deal on the vehicle. Would recommend this place for anyone in the market for a used European luxury vehicle.

Pete is the man! Laced me up with the 535 Msport for an unbeatable price & made the process very easy, hardest part was choosing the right car. Definitely coming back for future rides when im done with this one as well as sending him all my boys!

I had a very great experience here, the transaction flowed so smoothly. I spent a total of 1 hour at the dealership with paperwork and payment and I left with a new car. Cal is such a pleasant guy, he feels like an uncle. We agreed on a price quickly and they even went above and beyond to make sure I even got the rims I wanted. It was great doing business with them :)

This is by far the best place to purchase a certified used luxury vehicle. Fred was so helpful and accommodating. I wanted to buy a 2014 Benz, but it was sold quickly. Fred told me don’t worry and he had a 2013 fully loaded with low miles and will work on price with me since the car I wanted was sold.
I was a little disappointed, but once I got there and see it I fell in love! Fred is a man of his word and worked with me with the price. So I just bought a 2013 C-​250 Mercedes Benz fully loaded with less than 20k miles for less than 30k. No haggling, excellent customer service and I will buy here from now on!
I don’t know what the other person experienced, but Fred was polite, professional and not pushy or rude at all. Nothing, but positive vibes and I’ll refer and come back.

These guys mean business and are down to earth from the owner on down, makes you feel like family instead of just another sale. They work with you to make a deal and make it work without being shady. I worked with Fred and Peter! Best customer service I have ever received, truly superb. They definitely have my vote for future purchases and the only dealership I will recommend to my friends, especially when looking for a great luxury car. I came in late one night, let them know the car I wanted, submitted my app. They called the next day had the paperwork and car ready! Major Motors is top notch!

What an awful experience. Came to check out a 2011 mercedes & the guys name who showed us the car is Fred (I don’t know if he gave the right name) He was very rude & we had a feeling like he drives some kind of luxury car and that we are nothing compare to him. Seriously what a treat… Well, you are loosing a customer who was willing to finance & pay you the money that you guys buy bread for. My advice, BE DOWN TO EARTH & DO YOUR JOB!

Great buying experience with the ENTIRE staff. I’ve been a Mercedes Benz client for years and have always dealt with the Mercedes dealership directly. I’m amazed at Peter and Fred’s ability to beat the APR Mercedes Benz offered. I’m so excited, I got the exact vehicle (color, style, features) that I wanted all packaged for a very good price. Until I met this team honestly, I would’ve never gone to a smaller dealer. This team has changed my perspective and certainly given me a total excellent buying experience. It’s always good to go home after a long day of work, riding in comfort knowing that you haven’t been taken advantage of and most of all they care…

My husband bought a car from Peter SEVEN or so years ago. SEVEN!
Well, fast forward to current day and as you can see, our family grew by another pair of feet! As a family of four now, his old car was just not going to accommodate all of us and he finally decided to get a «new» car.
The husband started off with calling Peter and immediately, Peter remembered my husband. What a total shocker that the mans memory can recall my hubs!
We arrived on Friday 6.3.15 and the car we were there to pick up, SOLD the NIGHT before! ARRRGH!
Peter immediately says «No worries, I have another one you might like…». Well, the car comes around the corner and I’m thinking the car suits my husband SO MUCH BETTER! We end up taking it for a spin and I love the car while the hubs is on the fence. His concern is the light leather. I personally prefer light over dark any day but, in the end, it was his decision.
Somehow, the hubs starts thinking about the car and starts to like it. It had much lower miles than the car we were there to pick up, it already had nice wheels and looks new, needed VERY little work to get it so his likings.
A little under 2 hours, we rolled off the lot with my hubs’ «new» car which FITS our family. Car seat base and all!
Thank you Peter and staff for making our transition to the new car and such a quick transaction!

From the moment I arrived, my parents and I were greeted with welcomed arms and smiles from absolutely everyone – from the owner, to the salesman, to the rest of dealership crew. My parents and I were greeted fondly by Iman Giani. I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived and was promptly accommodated accordingly. An immaculate 2010 BMW 335i, with every option one could possibly want; essentially my dream car and words alone cannot simply describe the overall experience of buying, driving, meeting everyone/​being treated as if I was family. My pure elation about my vehicle, which is rarity for me be so pleased about anything, speaks volumes about every employee of this dealership. Extremely clean, priced below KBB value, and with the option (s) of extending the warranty for all of their premium luxury vehicles.
I have been to numerous car dealerships throughout my upbringing and I can say that without a doubt, this has been far & above the best experience I’ve ever had – to own the vehicle that I own at my age is nothing more than a blessing and I couldn’t be anymore thankful towards not only my parents, but also knowing that within my heart and conscience that Major Motors has earned themselves a lifelong customer – and that’s one-​hundred percent fact!

Major Motor Cars is the best place to buy a luxury car! They work like a team and made my car purchase experience super easy.
I walked in and was greeted my Iman, who is just hysterical. He showed me a few cars and I settled on GL450. I then met Peter (the owner or son of the owner) who is the coolest guy. He is young and smooth! He is friendly, genuine, and fair. He got me a great deal, and I didn’t feel like negotiating because I think they were fair on their price. He upgraded my wheels with another one which I know my husband loves! He truly knows how to make customers feel like family. He gave us a big hug and we sat with Fred to fill out or paperwork. Fred is very nice and made the paperwork go through seamless.
All in all, I feel great about my purchase and my overall experience and highly recommend them! I will refer friends and family. This experience was far more superior than a conventional dealership that is so passé with their customers. Plus Santa Monica is super cool!
