Horrible! I was treated with some of the most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever had by the store manager today. I had shopped there last weekend and bought a few items including a very expensive ($ 325) pillow. Even for the ungodly wealthy this should fall into expensive pillow realm. I had understood that to match it to my headboard I could check it out for a day or buy it, try it and return it within 7 days. When I went to return the non-​matching expensive pillow today I was faced with judgement and disregard and told I would only receive a store credit. For a PILLOW I had for 4 days that goes with nothing in my home. I insisted on the refund I was told I could receive and was judged for insisting. Even more, I was greeted with anger. This store manager should stop counting other people’s money and get a crash course in customer service. If you can help it stay away from there. The beautiful things they have are available direct from artisans on Etsy who are lovely to buy from.

This is a real dive bar… Very «down to earth». Cheap alcohol, nice bartender (you get plenty of opportunities to talk to them on a week day), doesn’t serve food but allows outside food. The cocktails are actually on par with other bars/​lounges/​restaurants that charge twice the price. However, as my co-​worker said, «it feels sticky and I want to wash all my clothes afterwards.» Maybe it’s not that bad as he described, but don’t expect everything to be plush and pretty!
