I currently teach here and really enjoy teaching in the outdoors. The space is very chill and so convenient to have healthy superfood meal after a strong yoga class. Highly recommended.

Such a serene atmosphere — a perfect outdoor space to practice yoga. Danielle was an amazing instructor with a peaceful demeanor. Left feeling at peace & recharged! Can’t wait to come back for more.

Beautiful patio for all things yoga. Great lighting and atmosphere for releasing tension and aligning chakras. If it gets a little too hot there’s free water in LifeFood Organic to cool down. They have tons of classes and hours on their website and anyone looking for some great classes should take a look.

Yoga and a juice is like my new good habit I’m forming. I’m a beginner. i’ll admit i’ve never heard of kundalini before but it was so spiritually uplifting. I’m definitely going to try pilates or meditation next. It’s also such a beautiful outdoor garden, it has a lavender smell which was super calming. I would definitelty recommend it to everyone it’s a great start to enhancing my fitness routine!

The outdoor yoga patio is such a beautiful and relaxing place for doing yoga and meditation classes. I have taken the Yoga, Gyrokinesis, and Vinyasa flow here and all of them are awesome. These classes focused on strength building, flexibility, and movement. The instructors are super nice, and the outdoor yoga patio is so beautiful with lavenders and mint leaves all around. What’s more, since it is right behind LifeFood Organic, you can grab a smoothie, pressed juice or delicious raw superfoods before or after the class to replenish yourself. I really enjoyed the overall vibe at LifeYoga Garden and would definitely recommend it to everyone!
