You have to have special invitation to get to this place or you will be escorted out. It’s a monthly thing for us to try this tea place. The owner is pretty nice and accommodating to our needs. Have to try this tea place at least once in your life. It lives up to its name. Most items are pretty good. Can’t complain.

Does this place even exist? The address listed on Unilocal will lead you into the lobby of the Watergarden where a very nice security desk man will tell you that it’s not in this building and that you’re among the many who have come in search of this apparently mythical place.

I went there for free cookies and ice-cream, and they are really delicious. but I do agree with other people, too much talk about diet, and the owner really judge you with how much dessert you order. I’m not a big fan of tea, I only want dessert!!!

In 2009, this tea station used to be called Eduardo’s Tea Shack. I used to frequent this tea bar frequently after a heavy lunch. Eduardo, aka Ed brewed one of the finest teas around. It was a happening place. Fast forward to the present and this place changed owners. Although I haven’t been to the new tea bar, I’ve heard some pretty shady things going on in here. They charge a high price for mediocre tea. I have a couple of friends who visit this place frequently and they said Khanh’s tea was imported from the same factory in China that also manufactures knockoff Nike shoes. Really?! I tried to take time off from work to visit this tea bar instead I was escorted out of the building by security. I guess you need a special pass to get in and I wasn’t welcome. I have my reservations about this place and I already have made my mind about coming to visit in the future.

I can’t complaint anything about it, because the cookies and ice cream are free, and they are delicious. I know the owner try to push everyone to drink the tea, but I don’t think drinking tea should be required. I don’t care about how much sugar I take.

The important thing I would like to note about this place is that it is purely run by volunteers, so people who rate this place less than 4 stars are just Nazis. The tea is good though the selection is minimal. But with the amounts of delicious snack offerings, you can’t go wrong. The ambiance and activity variety is what puts this place over the top. There are mini RC cars that you can race around with. There is an ice cream taste challenge where if you guess the flavor correctly, you get the scoop for free! Also there is a body fat analysis machine that you can test how much fat you gained after snacking out — for those people that are watching their weight. So much stuff to do, but so little time before my break ends and have to go back to work. I have to say, there is this Ed guy who owns a tea house across the street and I see him come over often but never buy any tea. He just goes over to the serving station and steals water from the dispenser to go make his own tea. I tried confronting him, but I just got the Rhubarb Lady treatment from him. But I guess he does bring some sample snacks over from time to time, so I’ll look the other way.

I love this little tea spot! The tea is awesome, great ambiance and nice clientele! The sweets and snacks that are usually there are always tasty. It’s so good that I try to come everyday. I wish they were open 7 days a week. It’s unfortunate when I’m craving Khanh’s tea and it’s the weekend. At least it gives me something to look forward to on Monday!

This tea house is amazing! I love all the different tea’s they have although they only have one flavor per day :(They also have some delicious treats, baked goods and home-made ice cream and it changes every day! The atmosphere is very quiet and tranquil, there’s an area with a rock garden and a fake tree, it just makes me calmer just standing there staring off into the distance, although I really wish they had a fountain with the sound of gurgling water. The hours are kinda strange, but the prices LITERALLY couldn’t be better, it’s practically like they are giving it all away! Overall I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who has the chance to visit!

I really liked the previous owners much more… but this new guy has some very exciting teas and delicacies, his décor is very pleasing… many new gadgets around. While it’s not very traditional in the type of tea they brew, they have very great infusions and fresh flavors for all the new tea-ophiles. My gahgah Ed and I are very traditional tea brothers, and found the selection of high mountain varietals to be lacking… hence the 3 stars.
