Joslyn Park Polling Place

Convenient, as a polling place should be. Opened about 15 minutes late in 2012, and the day started with cryptic messages muttered along the line about there being 2 precincts voting inside, then eventually an announcement that the sofa factory vote is in the Orange precinct, everyone else is green. The line moved okay. Seems convenient to vote here with kids, who played in the playground while their parents stood in line. People brought their dogs, too, of course. It took over an hour to vote, but nothing was broken, at least, and I didn’t see anyone trying any funny business. The ink-​a-​vote system is not the quickest, but I probably favor it because there are no chads and no computer preventing voters from making their choices, so I probably favor California’s setup.
