Welcome to my page. Thank you for taking a look. I am passionate about being a therapist and welcome you to give me a call for a complimentary consultation. This will enable you to feel your initial comfort level with me and determine if we are a good fit for the work you hope to accomplish. My emphasis as a therapist is on relationships, because these are the foundation for our well-​being. I work with adults, couples, children and teens. I welcome individuals and couples of any sexual orientation and background.

Adults /​Couples: My philosophy is that individuals are the experts on their lives and that therapy is a collaborative process. I utilize evidenced based psychotherapy practices, creative tools, and ensure that therapy is practical and results oriented.

Children /​Teens: I love working with children and teens! My additional training and experience as an Art Therapist, provides me with a wonderful tool to connect with youth.

History

Established in 2011.

I have approximately 10 years of experience in mental health and psychotherapy. My experience includes therapy with children, adolescents, adults and couples in settings such as schools, outpatient mental health centers, residential centers, and substance abuse treatment centers. I began private practice in 2011. My practice is located within Well Being Medical Center, which is a wellness center offering various services for adults and children including Naturopathic Medicine and Acupuncture.

Welcome. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I provide psychotherapy for children, teens, adults and couples. My office is located in Santa Monica within Well Being Medical Center. I also offer Art Therapy, which is a powerful tool to access your deeper feelings and is wonderful for children, to facilitate their expression and growth.
