I really fought hard not to write this review but they have left me no choice.
I brought my Audi in to fix some body damage. Everything electronic was functional at this time. They fixed the body damage and I can’t honestly say anything was wrong with the work I received. However, a month later when I got the car back the radio, backup camera, side view mirrors, Bluetooth, motorized seat adjusters, and right side speakers all no longer worked. I called up the shop and they said to bring it back in for a «factory reset» and it should only take a few days. I called repetitively and got the same answer «it will be done tomorrow». I CALLED FOR THREE MONTHS! I would call every day and receive the same terrible customer service. I have a text thread with Sam Key the manager from 2÷11÷2016 to 5÷17÷2016 saying it will be done «tomorrow»…every single day!
I finally got the car back and nothing worked! They took 3 months and fixed absolutely nothing! I have made many efforts to contact them since, and have only been ignored.
I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worst enemy…

Last week, I had an unfortunate run-​in with a post in my apartment building’s parking lot & I was devastated by the seemingly minimal but difficult to repair damage it (aka I) caused. After shopping around for a few days, I was lucky enough to find myself at H & H chatting with Sam & John. Not only did they give me the fairest price but they also did an AMAZING job repairing my car in only 2 short days! To top it off, they washed my already very dirty car (including the interior!), deodorized it & made it look as though nothing ever happened… which is perfect because I want to forget all about it! I’ll definitely be going back to H & H Auto Body if & when I need any repair services in the future. Hopefully I won’t be seeing them again TOO soon though!

John was great. Thorough, attentive, and knew what he was talking about. Pleasure to work with and I’d recommend him to anyone.

4:50pm on a Friday and my car is undriveable. Flipped through Unilocal for nearish places with enough solid reviews… that are still open and answering the phone.
Everyone closes at 5pm. Nobody is open on Saturdays.
The lady at H & H asks how soon can we get there. Not till probably 515pm-​ish.
‘That’s fine. We can wait for you.‘
They did, then were very good about staying in touch while we worked out the particulars with insurance. Even contacted me when the insurance adjuster failed to leave a business card with them or even follow up. Kudos to H & H for following up with me and keeping this in a forward momentum.
The actual body work was great; it was not a huge thing, but still you want your drive looking right. Which is now does. So, thank you for taking the call just before closing. And thanks for doing a good job H & H.

I’ve done business with John here at H & H twice now and both times he made the whole process very easy by going out of his way to help me out. I never had to wait long to get repairs done and the work is spot on! Highly recommended!

John and his team at H&H are wonderful. I have been using this brand along with Complete Automotive Shop for over 7 years and they are consistently top notch.

Both my husband & I have been to H & H several times over the past four years, and are continually pleased with the service and quality of work. When I sold my last car, the dealer even commented on how impressed he was with the body work! As others have mentioned, Marisela and Mark are fantastic to work with, and the pricing either exceeds or matches other estimates. They are also great at setting clear expectations and communicating with you on their progress. It’s so nice to have a shop that you could trust!

Finding an auto body shop I actually like going to is a rarity! But this review is LONG overdue! I’ve been taking my car to H & H for years. Actually they have seen me through 2 cars. Marisela is honestly the BEST when it comes to customer service and fairness with cars. She takes her time explaining what needs to be fixed and then lets you decide what you actually want to do with a NO PRESSURE tactic. That’s one of the main reasons I HATE going to car repair places, because I feel like I’m being ripped off — and the pressure is ALWAYS on.
Not only do they do a great job, but they are loyal! They always know who I am when I come in. Feels like a family business and you are one of their own. It’s affordable, professional, and I can’t say enough great things about H & H. I will continue to refer people over there for any auto body work. You cannot… I repeat… cannot find customer service as good as this in L.A.

I want to sing the praises of Marisela Delgado who not only got my car fixed quicker than promised but waited past closing hours for me to arrive at the end of the day. My car looked great, too.

I was recently hit from behind in a car accident and my bumper looked like two rhinoceros horns had attacked it. Thank you so much to Mark from H&H Auto Body for making the process of repairing my bumper so easy. He called the appraiser and insurance company and took care of it for me, getting me an entirely new bumper. Also, the process was super quick and I got my car back in 2 days. Bumper looks great! Thanks very much H&H Auto Body!

I had such great work done here after my car got scratched. The repairs were supposed to take four days and they got it done in three. The staff, especially Marisela, we’re so nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming here the next time I need any body work done. You won’t be disappointed if you come here!

When it Comes to Service, John and Mark know how to take care of your car. They provide you with personal calls to update you on the services being done on your car. They even have their own rental cars if needed A+

I love my car and because keeping a black car looking right, I’ve totally lost my mind.
If you wash, dry, wax or look at a black car the wrong way, you will scratch the paint. It starts on the micro/​anal scale and quickly turns into an undeniable cob-​web finish. The only cure is polishing (which removes a thin layer of your clear coat) or sanding (if you’ve been going to drive through car washes) or just selling the car and buying something in silver.
I left my car with a valet over night and when he brought it up in the morning, it had a deep scratch in the drivers side rear door. On a constantly detailed black car, this was a painful blow.
I didn’t want to take my car anywhere and get a half assed job so I did some research a decided on H&H. They (and Marisela) totally lived up to their reputation. They really took care of me and did an incredible job. The scratch is gone and 100% undetectable. I assumed I’d be able to see some kind of trace of it forever but fortunately, I was wrong.
They also have really good rates on detailing if you’re ever looking.

I am so so so pleased with Marc. I have had some pretty questionable experiences with Auto Body shops and Marc made the experience so wonderful and most of all EASY. He dealt with the insurance company which was awesome. With all of the shops in LA it can be so frustrating finding a good one. I did a lot of research and was led here. Oh and the CAR! There was a time when I couldn’t stand dealing with auto body shops and that all changed when my ex-​wife introduced me to H & H! In the past, when I had walked into auto body shops I often felt as though the estimators were doing their best to talk down to me or treat me as if I had no idea what they were talking about which made for extremely unpleasant experiences.
The very first time I went to H & H, I knew it was the right place for me because Marisela had a way of making me feel like a person who’s car needs were important to her! She made me feel safe & comfortable with the information that I was receiving and welcomed dialogue about the services that were going to take place!
Thanks to Marisela’s professional excellence and friendly demeanor I have found the right auto body shop for me. I have been taking my cars to H & H for over six years & every time I’ve picked up one of my cars I have been super happy because their work has exceeded my expectations. I have learned that at H & H they stand by their work and make sure that they do their best for each and every customer.

I have been a long time customer of H&H, I haven’t been there in about 7 years and recently dealt with Marc. He did a great job dealing with insurance and addressing all my concerns, he has a can do customer service attitude, great guy, great service great shop. If you want things done right go to H&H and talk to Marc. He got my 10 year old Acura TSX back to perfect condition after a terrible collision!

I had a great experience with this Shop! I took in our Audi SUV for a minor bumper repair and Marisela took care of everything and even arranged for a rental car through Midway in Santa Monica. The entire process took 1 week and throughout that time, I was updated with changes and new findings in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this Shop and would definitely go back if the need arises.

Gee… How many years have I searched for a good body shop for my expensive cars? Like… forever.
I have finally found where I will always take my car in the future after having it repaired at H&H recently. I have already sent my sister, son and will send anyone else to H&H to see Maricella. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, but the deal closer for me was Maricella before the repair work even started! She is so great. Educated me and kept me informed on the whole repair process. She also busted her back to get my car to me before the long Memorial Day weekend. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. If you love your car, and it gets a boo boo, or worse, an accident, this is the place to go. And… find Maricella!

Finding an auto shop that you can trust is one of the most daunting tasks in Los Angeles. Go to H & H. You won’t be disappointed. I took my BMW to H and H and they did both body repair and mechanical repairs and both were top notch. Even my insurance adjuster commented on the quality of the repairs. It is terrific to be able to have one stop shopping, getting both body work and engine work done in one stop. Importantly to me the owner, John Abdelmalak is personally involved from start to finish. In fact, John called a couple of days after I picked up the car to make sure everything was running well and I was satisfied with the work. I’ve never had that before from an auto repair shop or dealer.
One of the things I liked most is the transparency. John will walk you through the cost of repairs and give you options (new parts, used parts etc.) so that you have some control over costs.
In my most recent experience I had an oil leak start up shortly after I took my car in massive body work, suspension repair and an oil change. Apparently the drain/​seal was old and caused the leak. John repaired it for free, even though the leak was wholly unrelated to the work they had recently completed. On the test drive after the repair John noticed a noise from the front suspension, which I had not brought to his attention. Without asking he put the car on the rack to see if there was something wrong. Not seeing anything he tightened everything just to be safe, again for no charge. I had been afraid to take the car in for the suspension problem because it sounded expensive. I couldn’t believe it when I picked up my car and the suspension noise was gone, the oil leak was repaired and my bill was 0 $.
John was previously the owner of CAS on National so if you are looking for the same high quality service you used to get at CAS it can now be found at H&H. I can’t recommend H&H highly enough.

After having a car accident I took my car in to H&H Body Shop from the start Marisela, took complete control she is absolute the best from securing my car rental to keeping up to date on repairs. She is simply the Best! Thank you Marisela for making this horrible experience of a car accident more bearable. The pricing was fair I got my car back when they promise the whole team did an Awesome Job!

START with H&H for auto body work and don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. They are by far the best auto body shop with regards to friendliness, knowledge, price and quality of workmanship in all of Los Angeles!
Marisela is an expert — a woman of integrity who listens to the customer, evaluates the situation, discusses options and provides a realistic quote — no hype, no pressure, just the facts. She kept me updated on the status of the repair and even asked the techs to touch up a few other minor scratches at no additional charge. I just picked my car up and am so delighted! It looks like new!
I have gone to H&H for two extensive repairs on my car and highly recommend this shop to all my friends. They are simply the best. Marisela makes the whole «stupid accident-​thing» experience almost painless. :)

Just picked up my Audi A4 that was hit in the front I could not have asked for a better job I’d give 20 stars if possible Marc the manager is the coolest took great care of us and the work was done and complete right on time I’d recommend these guys to anyone this is perfection at its finest!!!

MARISELA ROCKS! I had gotten previous quotes for my repairs, and some places were totally fine, but when I came to H&H, Marisela was clear, upfront, honest, and got me a very fair (if not extremely competetive) price for my repairs. While it was being repaired, she was communicative and helpful, and always knew who I was, which car was mine, and what was going on with it. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with auto repairs. Thank you so much!

What a great experience!
From a parking situation gone wrong, I ripped the skin of my Driver’s side door on my Lexus. H&H quickly estimated the job and even brought my costs down after I decided to go to them. They were the most competitive and professional of the five (5) quotes I received.
Marisela KILLED it for me. Marisela educated me on everything that needed to happen and was going to happen. I walked away with a broader knowledge for auto repair and now I’m armed with the education required to talk the talk.
They even replaced my bumper even though they didn’t need to. Who does this? H&H!
