I recently received two card readings from Disa and she tapped into what was going on intuitively. She answered questions that I really needed and not asked. I trust her abilities as a healer and she does it with pure intentions and intuition. She is a grounded, clear, nonjudgmental, friendly person who communicates extremely well.

Before Reiki I suffered depression, anxiety & anger. After just few sessions of Reiki with Disa I been feeling peaceful, grounded & alive. I am no longer over thinking people’s actions or feeling victimized. I feel clear and with a purpose. I credit my positive turn around to the Reiki sessions. Disa’s peaceful presence is admirable she makes you feel accepted and loved with out saying a word. It’s truly a wonderful experience that needs to be tried in order to fully understand it.

I am a recent discoverer of Reiki and its benefits, and now that I know about it, can’t imagine life without it. I went into my appointment with my head full of mental chatter, my body restless, and stressed out from too much thinking. Just as your body can get sore or stressed out, your mind and mental stability can also take a beating from information overload, or too many projects to work on, etc…
Reiki, and more specifically, Disa, the Reiki practitioner at Glow in the Heart, expertly brought me to a more relaxed and calm state of mind. It kind of feels like meditation, only she’s doing it for you. You lay on a table as she hovers her hands or gently rests her hands over areas of your body. You may feel a gentle heat emanating from her hands, and even a slight fuzzy static feeling if you’re sensitive like me. I don’t know exactly what’s going on but after the session, I felt completely relaxed, all the thoughts in my mind had settled, and I didn’t want to leave. The mental chatter, like a garden full of fallen leaves, had been raked up into a neat beautiful pile. It was an incredibly great feeling.
