Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I feel that one star is way to generous for this company. I just waited on hold for 15 minutes to speak to the regional manager Adria or AJ depending on what she is trying to accomplish. I have been renting a car for 31 weeks about 7 months. I have paid over 4 thousand dollars to Enterprise. I have always come in to rewrite my contract at about week 4 or 5. If they call… I call back. Today the regional manager called me and before I could return her call she began humiliating me by calling my references. I returned her call in less than 30 minutes. Last week my bank account was overdrawn because Enterprise removed funds from my account without contacting me. I was over drawn and incurred bank fees. Adria said she had no documentation of this so I went to my bank and had printed out my activity and there is a withdrawal from Enterprise. I was humiliated and made to feel as if I was doing something wrong. Adria said Enterprise was doing me a favor. I was under the impression I was a customer… Paying… Customer going on 8 months… I am really upset and will never use Enterprise again. When I was put on forever hold… The slogan «Enterprise. A family business run in a very corporate world. It’s h huge shame it’s not true:(

If I could delete the 1 star I would. This review is not about this location, or the people but the company enterprise rent a car policy. If you have been a victim of a driver who rented a car from this company you can’t even file a claim.
I have spent 2 hours being transferred to 6 different departments, I was given 3 different case numbers that the next department did not recognize, and in the end was told that the person driving the car took out insurance to cover their car but not the person they hit with their car.
I was given a a 657 area code telephone Number to call for liability guidance, only to reach a voicemail.
When someone did answer the phone I was told j couldn’t do anything until my file reached an adjuster and not anyone knew when that was going to be.
I was not called back at all.
Nite that I called enterprise immediately the accident happened, gave the name and license plate etc, and details of the accident. The driver did not call the accident in, and returned her car a week later without being questioned about the accident. There is damage to the car and I had to see a Chiropracter and dr. Deeply disgusted with enterprise.

First of all, it takes a lot to test my patience and flexibility. The issue with this location stems from both its hours and customer service, or lack thereof. I needed a rental car while my car was in the shop so decided to shop around. If there was a way to omit stars I would. The rates were somewhat low, but I would have paid more for better service. The first time I rented a couple weeks ago, I arrived at the time of rental but the car wasn’t ready. I arrived with enough time to get everything done before work, but they took forever! After having my rental for a couple days and realizing I needed another, I called to extend my rental when the phone was picked up and in the middle of our conversation was told to «wait now» because another customer needed their help. They came back and took my information and wanted a$ 700 deposit to let me keep the car!!! YEAH RIGHT! After I protested he said there would only be an additional deposit of a hundred something. After initially extending I called because I realized I wouldn’t make it that next day to return the car by 6pm — I work normal business hours. I called to see if they had a drop box or anything of the sort, they told me no, but suggested I book for a couple other days. I later found out after extending for three extra days that there is the beverlyhills location MUCH closer to my office where I could return the car. No apology or anything when I told them the only reason I kept the vehicle is per their suggestion.
Today, needed a rental again with the same problem– their hours. I left in what I thought was enough time but was going to be two minutes *exactly* late. They told me there was nothing they could do but I could come back tomorrow. SO NICE OF THEM! Reservation cancelled!

This places is a mess. Just went there. had a terrible experience. Do not believe the prices online, they would change them once u are ther as they wantd.
Worst costumer treatment ever, you can see those guys do not want to work there.
Luckily, I just cancelled and went a few blocks aways to Enterprise, and there thet got me a better deal.

Budget is one of the very few non-​airport rental car places to be open on Sundays. This particular outlet in Santa Monica has very new cars. I even saw a couple of «non-​garden variety» rental cars there including a Prius, a Mini and an Infiniti. Very friendly and helpful staff. Be sure to look for discount codes and book online to save a few $$$. They even offer a free pick up service at their non-​airport locations.
