I’ve been trying to find someone for many years that really knows how to do color and in style cut. I’ve finally found the right person. Allyson, sat me down ask what I wanted and went straight to work. Thank you Allyson for doing an amazing Job.

I have been go to Rachel for cut and color for about 3 years now and I have never once had a negative experience. She always gets my color exactly right and listens to what I want so well, I wonder if she can read minds haha. The pricing is totally worth it and more affordable than most other places in the city for comparable services. I’ve lived in LA, NYC, and Paris and in the three years since I’ve started going to Rachel, I haven’t let a single other person cut or color my hair. I constantly get comments on the color and healthy appearance of my hair, and while I am lucky to have nice hair, most of the credit goes to Rachel’s ability to vibrantly color hair without damaging it.

Once again my trip to see Allyson at Dino Clark Salon, which is a quarterly event for me, turned out to be super successful!!! I have been seeing her for several years now and have followed her career as she has blossomed and flourished. She is always professional, courteous and accessible by phone and in person to answer my styling questions, even when I’m calling from Boca Raton. Not to mention she’ll have you laughing in your chair the entire time!!! I highly encourage anyone who is considering getting their hair done in Santa Monica to call Allyson. We are looking forward to her styling expertise as she will be doing the hair for my son’s entire wedding party this coming August.

Sascha does an AMAZING job w/​both cut & color. I can honestly say he is the best hair stylist I’ve ever gone to my entire life. I’m very lucky to have been recommended to him through his friend, Pete. Sascha is very meticulous and takes pride in his work and has a passion for taking care of his customers and is very professional. I get compliments all the time on my balayage — you can truly tell the difference when you go to an expert to have your hair done. Come see him — you won’t regret it!

Let me just start off by saying that I have lived and had my hair cut and dyed in many big cities (Seattle, LA, NYC, Paris) and Ashlee is BY FAR the BEST stylist I have ever been to. I almost feel like it’s unfair to refer to her only as a stylist – she is a HAIR GENIUS.
I have been seeing her now for almost 4 years and she has never ever disappointed me. She is always honest and has the best eye for what will look good on you. She has dyed my long hair BLONDE (and I mean B L O N D E) and the other week, after years of growing it out, I asked her to cut all the old processed bits off. I was unsure about cutting my hair short because the last time it was this short, I was in the 5^th grade (senior in college now!!). However, I get at least 2 compliments a day from family and friends who love the new look.
ASHLEE IS THE BEST and she always will be. On top of being a hair genius, she is the sweetest, kindest, most beautiful hair stylist out there. Please go to Ashlee and never look back!

Ashlee is my stylist. Cut, color and blow outs. I highly recommend her. I have also gone to Lee Ann when Ashlee unavailable, and I would recommend her too!

Ashlee has been cutting my hair for about 4 years and she is awesome. She really listens and has great ideas for new looks. I had never colored my hair EVER and she gave me my first highlights this summer and i loooved it! Plus she is really sweet and always helps find time to get me in with my crazy sked. I highly recommend her!

We went with a girlfriend on Saturday for a brushing and Allyson took care of us. She did a fantastic job, was lovely and very professional. There was a misunderstanding on the time for our appointment so we turned up half an hour late; she was gone but decided to come back for us anyways! Still have a proper hollywood brushing as I speak, really happy :)

So happy to have «Holiday Hair» — Lea Ann at Dino Clark did an amazing job, adding some zing to my red hair. Some extra highlights in the red and pink (!) family do wonders! Lea Ann has such a great eye… thank you! If you are a red, go there!

Great, casual low key salon. No fuss and great service and stylists. I use Dana, but Sascha, Ashlee and others there seem to be just as great. I like that they listen to you and it’s not about their ego but about what you are asking for!

Dear God, how I wish I could put Dino Clark in my pocket and take it with me to Austin.
Twice now I have gone into Dino Clark with hair that is so damaged it is essentially unmanageable. This last time it was so bad that the only way I would wear my hair was in a french braid so no one could see it. Both times, they have worked their magic and somehow created a haircut that manages to work with my damaged hair instead of against it (i.e. by giving me a hairstyle that works incorporates ‘messy waves’ as opposed to my usual ‘smooth and sleek’ look that I clearly cannot pull off anymore). And it looks awesome. I’m thinking Dino Clark will be a regular stop whenever I visit home now.
I’ve worked with Ashlee and Sascha, they are both amazing.

For the last 5yrs, I’ve driven several hours out of town to have my hair done. Recently, my stylist moved to AZ and i was about to follow him there. I’m extremely picky about my hair and who touches it so i was skeptical in trying someone new even though it was a referral from a friend. (sometimes those are the worst)
I decided to give it a try and if it turned out bad, I finally had an excuse to shave my head.
Sascha Gast is with out a doubt, an amazing colorist and stylist. He did a painting technique for color and his cut was something new and perfect. i previously had a nightmare Brazilian Blowout that i swore I’d never do again but Sascha also renewed my faith with that as well.
I left the salon feeling the way a woman should after a fresh new dew but it was the next day and the day after the i loved it even more. Not just Sascha, but the staff is very friendly and professional and made the experience even better.

Lea Ann is the best. She makes the perfect color, I couldn’t be happier! She is amazing I am so happy to have found her.

Lea Ann is my absolute favorite! I get my hair done with her and love it every time! She knows/​does exactly what you want and makes sure it doesn’t damage your hair, my hair was pretty damaged with ombré but she made mine look spectacular and healthy. I totally recommend the keratin express I love how it leaves my hair. My hair has gotten so much healthier with her haircuts and treatments! Thanks girlfriends can’t wait to make my next appointment.

Upon moving to LA, my friend recommended that I schedule an appointment with Melissa, and I am so appreciative that she did!
Melissa does an amazing job with my long, blonde hair. She gives me subtle, beautiful highlights all while entertaining me with her fun stories and great personality! She is such a sweet, fun person, and every experience I have in the salon is both memorable and positive.

Just left the salon. Had my Brazilian and cut done by Allyson. I’ve had my hair done by Allyson before and had to follow her to Santa Monica. I drive all the way from Woodland Hills to see her. Her professionalism, excitement and passion for hair definitely will keep me coming back. She does a fantastic job every time!

See Dana. I am a hair stylist and being such, my expectations for my own hair are high. A few years ago I was incredibly fortunate to stumble across Dino Clark. I truthfully can not tell you how lucky I am to know Dana and to have her as my stylist. Dana is not only incredibly talented, she just gets you. I have been privilege to witnessing her take very disadvantageous hair to heights I did not think were possible. From someone that is a professional and knows what it takes to make hair look it’s best, Dana is phenomenal. I have always felt comfortable and have complete trust in Dana and in everything she does. Dana leads a great team of stylists and I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

So as usual, when you move into new city it takes quite a while to find a hair salon you can rely on. I think I finally did.
I called Dino Clark on busy Saturday. Dan really went an extra mile to help book an appointment since it was packed. I appreciated that a lot.
My hair dresser Taline listened to me carefully and did exactly what I wanted. She didn’t mind to spend a little extra time to help me decide what haircut I want. I know now where will go for a good haircut and highlights!

). This is a great location. It’s close to bars and food places for friends who are unfortunate enough to accompany me for a «quick» trip to the Salon. It’s also nice to be in sunny Santa Monica. The Salon is small and clean. Everyone is friendly. Definitely try this place and definitely try to get Thom!

Vivian Czo !!! She is simply the BEST!!!
I recently modeled 4 a hair show and let’s just say the butchered my hair color & cut wise. She was able to bring me back to reality w/​a Vibrant Red & dark Brown. After some time & cut got it back to the style I liked. Then I decided to go PLATINUM BLONDE!!! Vivian was able to take me from dark brown & red to a bright Platinum blonde!!! No orange color or dead hair either! My hair is silky smooth and Blonde!!! She’s funny always awesome to talk to, genuine, a real person not fake or plastic… I will follow her anywhere!!! Dino Clark Salon is lucky to have such a wonderful stylist !!!
