Ronnie saved my night! All of the local locksmiths were either closed or had horrible Unilocal reviews. I contacted Day and Night Locksmith at 8:30pm and Ronnie was here right away. He even texted me to let me know when he was 5 minutes away. He was fast and professional and suggested a way that he can fix my lock without replacing the whole thing. A huge cost savings! It was $ 150 to open the door. He accepts credit cards. Highly recommend.

Went in today to have copies made of my house keys. Took literally 1 minute to make — we were in and out within 3 minutes! The copies were amazing. My roommate had his keys copied at another shop and his copies have a hard time opening our lock. The ones we had made here today? Opened our locks without a hitch. Will definitely come back if we need more keys made!

So I locked my self out of my gun safe, I’m pretty sure I knew the combination, but maybe not. Anyways I assumed all locksmiths are able to open high security safes. Had the first locksmith come over, he said on the phone he can for sure. tried for two hours and failed. he than wanted to break it open (destroying it after he said he can do it with out breaking it) so I sent him on his way. He also tried charging me. Next I called Day and Night, I believe the owner is the one who helped me (Ronnie). He came by same day, (really nice guy too!) and had it opened in 20 minutes. Just by the way he worked there is clearly a big difference in locksmiths. Don’t just call any one on Google and think there really a locksmith there’s only a few professional ones in LA. and Ronnie from Day and Night are defiantly one of the few.

Had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gamaty the owner. I had a lock with a key that lodged into the keyhole and broke off making it impossible to open… Mr. Gamaty was prompt, professional and highly efficient (took him no more then 10 minutes). We lost the keys to our unit and called Joseph on a Sunday afternoon. He left his NFL game and came to us within 40 minutes. The price was agreed to during the first phone call. Joseph was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend them. Most of the negative reviews I saw were regarding price. If you don’t agree on a price BEFORE requesting them, then whose fault is that?
Also he emailed me the receipt while onsite. Very cool!

I accidentally locked my dog out of my room which I didn’t have the key for, so called them and they came right away (ten minutes or so). The locksmith opened the door, installed a new lock, and gave me new keys. The service itself was great, but I definitely got ripped off. I paid $ 173 total for their services, which included a $ 85 «lock out fee.» (Took him three minutes to get in the door.)
I’d recommend for speed, but it’s definitely pricey.

ALERT STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are crooks and a rip off. They charged me $ 450 for a job that should have been $ 150 but worst of all they didn’t discuss any quote to me. Just gave me the bill when it was done! Shocked and angry.

Quoted $ 85, then when person came, charged $ 40 extra for «drilling lock» which was not stated on the phone.
Didn’t come in the time stated. Came late. Suggest bargaining if he does this or don’t accept this. I’ve had better (more upfront) guy come before.
How would you like it if you brought milk to market counter, they charged $ 10 when you arrived at the register???

I’ve been using day and night locksmith for two years or more. Sadly, I use them a lot. I lose or misplace my keys! Ronnie, Aaron, eidan, and Joseph are a crew of professional locksmiths that know what they’re doing and get it done right, all the time. I promise they’ve educated me on the importance of locking the door in all possible locking scenarios lol. Ronnie has been to my place tons of times. He told me I’m foolish for having the safe I used to have since my life and families life was in It. He demonstrated how easy it would be to open and informed me of the risk of a loss due to fire. He totally hooked me up with an awesome finger print safe and has made my sleep that much nicer.
