I love changing lives through fitness, redefining what is considered difficult and challenging preconceived notions of an individual’s fitness levels and goals. At the University of California Riverside, I obtain my first personal training certification through AFAA (Aerobic Fitness Association of America — 2006). I trained one-on-one as a personal trainer and created/taught a class called «Power Circuit.» After I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, I moved back to Los Angeles. I have trained everyone from high school athletes looking to make the varsity team (using static strength, negative, forced negatives, and explosive dynamic training) to retired professionals who want to improve their golf swing and focus on fall prevention (using balance and functional training).I bring a total body approach to training that will challenge your strength, cardio endurance, balance and mental focus, all of which will help US reach YOUR fitness goals.
