Functional Nutrition uses a systems-​oriented and patient-​centered approach to address the underlying root cause of illness rather than masking the symptoms once they arise. The focus of Functional Nutrition is on the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. This means spending time with clients in order to understand the complex interactions between diet, lifestyle, genetic, and environmental factors that impact long-​term health or chronic dysfunction.

Functional Nutrition promotes the idea of increase vitality, not merely the absence of disease, through positive interaction with the world around us.

History

Established in 2014.

In 2005, I began teaching thousands of frustrated individuals how to simply and effectively lose weight, improve sleep, increase energy, break the cycle of disease, and drastically improve their quality of life.

For the past 10 years, I’ve helped people with a wide array of performance goals and health objectives, including: autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, sleep issues, thyroid conditions, detoxification, athletic performance, and more.

My goal is simple — to return healthcare to its rightful owner — You.
