Jordan was super helpful in fulfilling my Valentine order and even got it delivered despite the road closures for the LA Marathon! Thank you so much for making me look good! So impressed with this place! Placed a super last minute order to be delivered the next day. I think I submitted my order online at 9 pm. After submitting my order I realized I forgot to indicate I needed it to be delivered the next day and also forgot the message to include in the gift box. I emailed the company, not expecting a response until the next day since it was already 9:30 pm. Jordan emailed me back a couple minutes later confirming it will be delivered the next day! I was so pleasantly shocked. At 10 am the next day, I got an email confirming the order has been delivered. Wow! The recipient loved the cookies and said they were delicious! Great prices, great service, and a great product!

Talk about amazing customer service! I sent an email this morning about same day deliver I sent it a little before 8am and I got a response within minutes. I paid and sent exactly what I wanted to Jordan at 9:30am and the cookies were delivered seamlessly by 1:30pm. My husband said they were phenomenal too!

I sent 2 dozen cookies to a law firm in Marina Del Rey– ½ Chocolate Chip and ½ Gluten Free Chocolate Chip. Within the hour I got thank you after thank you for the irresistible delicious cookies! I was on the hunt for a local cookie delivery company and was pointed in the direction of these sweet cookie makers. I placed my next day delivery order after the 5pm cutoff, in hopes they might be able to still include it (but with no expectations that they would). THEY DID! I also forgot to include a note with the delivery, so emailed them and Jordan responded in less than 2 minutes to confirm they would include the note. They also emailed me as soon as the delivery was made. Customer service and thoughtfulness will go far in this world. Thanks Mandi and Jordan!

I ordered online as a gift to be sent and they were wonderfully accommodating and responsive; they were even able to sneak in a quick thank you note and hand deliver on the day that I was really hoping for. Thank you for being so wonderful and flexible!

I called maybe 40 minutes before closing to inquire about a next-​day delivery. Got voicemail which asked me to send an email. Much to my pleasant surprise Jordan responded a few short minutes after my email was sent.
She quickly and efficiently took my order, sent me an invoice and confirmed payment. Couldn’t have been easier.
She promised an email the following day when the cookies were delivered, and sure enough, Call Me Cookie confirmed delivery pretty much the instant they arrived.

I was looking for a hand-​delivered, unique and fun gift, so I ordered the «Cookies + Milk Delivery.» I spoke with Jordan when making my order, who was very helpful and friendly. Jordan kept me up-​to-​date with my order status and notified me when it was out for delivery and when it was delivered.
The gift was hand-​delivered in a classy bag and box combination. The cookies were fresh and absolutely delicious. The milk was Broguiere’s — fresh and ice cold. Everyone loved the milk and cookie duo.
I will definitely order from Call Me Cookie again; they are a top notch and classy local business.

got this for my husband for one of his treats. He loves a good chocolate chip cookie and we have been looking for the BEST one in so cal. His ideal chocolate chip cookie is crunchy on the outside and soft of the inside. When i read the reviews on Call Me Cookie, i thought i found it. So i placed and order and when we first got it … my husband wasnt too impressed. He just said it was alright… i didnt think it was bad but also not out of this world. The sea salt on the cookie actually was too much for my taste.

Let me start off by saying that I’m not a really big cookie fan… but Call Me Cookies is as good as it gets! I was able to try their cookies at a recent Unilocal Elite event in Thousand Oaks and I absolutely loved their sea salt chocolate chip cookie! All their cookies are made with brown butter and sea salt, I believe. The sea salt chocolate chip cookie was so soft and moist… and the hint of sea salt goes really well with the chocolate chips… it really tops it off. I am a HUGE sea salt anything fan. sea salt coffee, sea salt jasmine tea, sea salt caramel. basicallly everything so naturally that flavor would be my favorite.
I also was able to take home their Oatmeal Raisin cookie as well as their Peanut Butter cookie. Their oatmeal raisin was very soft and moist as well. It was not too sweet and it blended very well with the sea saltiness of the cookie. I have not tried their peanut butter cookie yet, but I am sure that it will not disappoint as well.
Oh, did I also mention that they are individually wrapped and the presentation is very cute. :)

I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies for my office as a thank you after a long project wrapped. Let’s just say my entire team of coworkers was very grateful. The consensus — Call Me Cookie’s product is amazing.
The cookies were delivered right to my office, exactly when I requested they arrive. They came nicely packaged in a box with ribbon and each individual cookie was neatly sealed. Everyone loved them and could tell they were baked fresh.
The cookies themselves are a fantastic blend of flavor — sweet but not too sweet, with a hint of saltiness which balances it nicely. The texture and consistency is solid as well. Nice and chewy. Of course, I recommend heating up a tad with a cold glass of milk to wash it down for the perfect out-​of-​the-​oven experience.
If you want to wow your friends or family with a little thank you gift, do yourself (and them) a favor and get them Call Me Cookie!

Awesome, friendly and timely service! I ordered a cookie delivery to my doctor’s office and they loved the cookies. I also appreciated how Jordan provided the little detail of the reaction when the cookies were delivered in a follow-​up email. I will definitely order from her again.
