Whether it’s dance class, infant massage, mommy and me/​daddy and me yoga, princess ballet, non-​toxic manicure/​pedicure, edible organic facial, or just a play date, you will find Bubbles is the place. Bubbles provides a safe, interactive ambiance for infants and children which encourages socialization and creativity in a positive and nurturing environment. History

Established in 2011.

Although Bubbles: Salon, Indoor Playground, Boutique is new to the Santa Monica community, it has been many years in the making. Founder and Owner Challyn Marie passionately designed Bubbles as the one-​stop shop for discerning parents. As a professional dancer, singer, entrepreneur, actress, Bikram Yoga Instructor and educator, Challyn aspired to create a wholesome environment where all her talents and passions could be utilized to service families and children.

Challyn Marie enjoyed her first dance class just two weeks before she turned two! In an inspiring, fun atmosphere this first class paved the way for a professional career in dance, acting, and singing. In 1985, she won Junior Star Search; she has studied with the best: Debbie Allen, Gregory Hines, Dorain Grusman, Henry Letang, Ray Leeper, and Tovaris Wilson, to name a few.

Dancing enabled Challyn to travel the world through her junior years and continued to lead her through college, as she performed for the UCLA Dance Squad from 1997 through 2000. She completed her undergraduate degree at UCLA with a double major in Sociology and African-​American Studies. In 2010 Challyn received her Masters in Organizational Management from Antioch University Los Angeles.

As an educator, and most importantly a mother, Challyn anticipates uplifting families and children through innovation, strength, support, and humility.
