Located on the stunning Sands of Santa Monica State Beach, Big Mike’s has built muscle and blasted fat from literally thousand of folks local to Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Venice Beach and many form the greater LA area.

In 2015 YELP has rated Big Mike’s #1 Boot Camp in Santa Monica and given them the coveted «People on Yelp Love Us Award.»

After 2 knee surgeries due to a lifetime of sports and hitting the milestone age of 40, my fitnes level had suffered to the point that easy tasks were a challenge.Yikes. So, I decided to learn more about cutting-​edge fitness approaches and became a certified fitness trainer to understand the changes my body was going through and how I could create a fitness approach that would help me avoid plateaus, keep me injury free, help me get my body back and feel great again. With the inspirtaion of Venice and Santa Monica beaches as my gym and after a lot of trial and error, I created a new, more advanced fitness system that helped me pack back on lean muscle, blast away body fat, supercharge my endurance and create strength I hadn’t had since my 20s — Bingo, I had my solution! The rest is history, friends noticed and wanted to transform and de-​age like I have and they told their friends and before I knew it the Big Mike’s Boot Camp community was born.
