Not bad, there was no wait when I arrived around 11am on a Wednesday. Had an interesting conversation with the guy(we didn’t exchange names) while he cut my hair. Suggested something a little different than what I wanted, but it came out lookin’ good. Shop interior seemed a little run down and dirty. Have to say I was shocked he didn’t use a straight razor to do the back of my neck like every other barbershop I’ve been to. I would have left five stars had he used the straight razor. $ 16 for haircut seems a fair price.

Been going to this man for over 17 years. He is the best. The barbershop is a throw back from the 60’s. A time capsule. Henry gives you the old fashioned traditional cut. Never rushing and always something interesting to say. His price is the best in town. «What’s the difference between a good hair cut and a bad hair cut?» Answer= Two weeks. Well with Henry it’s immediate. The cut always grows in perfect. Thank you Henry for making us all look great. SB

I was waiting for a friend to arrive so we could have lunch at Tacos por Favor next door, and struck up a conversation with a guy waiting outside for Henry the barber to open his doors. He was dressed pretty slickly, so I asked him if this place was any good. Apparently, he liked Henry better than his expensive Beverly Hills stylist and dumped her in favor of Henry. About a month later, I decided to give Henry a try. I’ve been going to him ever since… even after moving to the valley I still drive over the hill to get a great cut from Henry, plus he’s a great conversationalist on many topics, especially my favorite, good places to eat!
