Allstate Insurance: Sully Insurance Center

WORST INSURANCE AGENCY I HAVE WORKED WITH.
EVERYONE SO FAR AT THIS COMPANY HAD LIED AND CHEATED WITH THE INTENT TO DEFRAUD ME AS A CUSTOMER.
I only bought insurance from them because they were based inside the Lexus dealer in Santa Monica and i was buying a car with a loan and needed full coverage. There quote was cheep. much cheaper than other companies so i went with them and GOT SCREWED.
I added renters insurance to my policy. When i bought it i asked all the questions to make sure i had the correct coverage that i needed. A few weeks ago i was burglarized and over $ 26,000 of property was stolen.
Just getting hold of anyone at this office who knows anything has been impossible so far. Each time i call i get told a different story about what i am covered for. I was first told that i am covered up to $ 40K for what ever was stolen. Then 2 days later they told me its $ 2,000 per item. Then the All state claims adjuster is telling me that i am only covered for $ 1,000.
When i purchased the insurace i asked if i have to itemize anything. i was told no as long as the entire client is not more than $ 40K i am covered. Now after i have a claim these scum bags are telling me that i am only covered for $ 1,000 as the property was not listed separately even though i had ASKED THIS QUESTION WHEN I BOUGHT THE POLICY.
Now i have to hire an attorney to file complaints against them.

I normally just don’t write a lot of reviews about anybody, but I felt that I just had to let people know that there are still, some good people out there in the work force, with awesome customer service!
It is not, everyday that you will meet someone as good as BIANCA with Sully Insurance Center, who is professional, caring, supportive, detailed oriented, organized, and who has a great, on point follow up service, an agent that has a can and will do attitude, and it shows thru her great attitude that she truly LOVES HELPING PEOPLE, that it’s not just a job and a pay check for her! Her smile radiates thru the phone!
I’m a very busy person, and to get follow up reminder calls from Sully Insurance to pay my premiums is very helpful to me and then at that point, I just have them pay my bill for me over the phone and then I request a email that it was done, and BIANCA goes the extra mile to make sure that I get that email that I requested.
Also, she was so helpful in getting a second car insurance added onto my current policy and we all know that buying a new car is very stressful in itself! BIANCA, makes my job so much easier and she takes all the stress off of me!
This is one company that I don’t have to stress out about, because SHE DOES HER JOB AND DOES IT WELL! I truly appreciate her fantastic customer service! You can tell when you deal with BIANCA, that helping customers is a pay check of the heart!!!
It doesn’t get any better than this! There is truly something special about her!

IT DOESN’T GET WORSE!
I have tried to get a policy cancelled for going on 4 – 5 months now for our home owners policy which apparently they sub out to pac specialty? Your not in good hand, because your not in their hands at all. Apparently allstate doesnt write home policies?
This agent is absolutely the worst and slowest response times ever!
I have sent them ugly emails asking them to confirm they cancelled because they are stealing money from escrow as I already have a new company who «answers calls!»

The worst insurance broker ever. They set you on wrong policies, provide zero guidance, then let your plan lapse on a clerical error. After that they won’t even take your calls. Word to the wise is avoid at all cost
