Airport Parking Reservations

I’ve used this service successfully before but this morning when I made a reservation, after the summary showed everything correctly, when I hit «complete reservation» it had reserved a completely different lot in a city across the country for different dates and a longer period of time. I was also charged the larger deposit for this incorrect reservation. I understand computer errors happen — but there is no way to reach the company! It says chat is available Monday through Saturday, 7am EST … well that wasn’t the case at all, and even by nearly 3pm EST it doesn’t work. Finally found a phone number and for the last few hours, I’ve received a recording that states «no support agents are available.» I’ve emailed and posted on the company’s FB page. I have no way to reach anyone and have not received a response. Unfortunately, the random reservation that was made starts tomorrow, which means if they don’t correct this soon, I’m going to be charged a large amount for not showing up. This is really horrible.
NOTE: Finally received a call from someone and it certainly didn’t make the situation better. I’ll get the money back they charged me incorrectly but it will take 5 to 7 business days and did not receive as much as an apology. This is a major computer glitch but the rep didn’t seem to understand that and in fact seemed to want to blame it on me until I told her I kept a copy of the initial reservation summary — I can only hope this doesn’t happen to other people.

Waited on the phone for 14 minutes to book,. Doesn’t work for me. That is not OK.

Very easy to book your parking on
I traveled for the holidays and waited to the last minute but was lucky enough to find a spot using the website.
When I got to the parking lot the prices they would have charged me if I would have just driven up last minute would have been DOUBLE what I paid through the website.

Going to the airport in LA is nightmare. After Googling for airport parking, I checked out all the top results and airport parking reservations had by far the best looking website. The booking process was simple and all I had to do was print out an email and show it to the parking lot. Plus the rates were much cheaper than if I had just driven in the parking lot.
They have an app also, will definitely need to try that in the future.

before to book airport parking. Used their app to book a reservation for LAX and the process was quite easy. The e-​receipt makes everything much simpler when driving up to the parking lot.
Prices were fair and the experience was good at the parking lot. Because, I was only gone for a couple of days, it was cheaper to book airport parking than use a taxi or über. Would recommend.
