History

Established in 2011.

The Consignment Warehouse opened in the spring of 2011. We added windows, a glass front door, painted and hung beautiful chandeliers in the 3500 square foot space. The overhead is affordable allowing us to merchandise wonderful products at amazing prices.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Tracie Jansen, the owner of The Consignment Warehouse is a native New Mexican. Born and raised in Albuquerque, Tracie moved to Santa Fe in 1992. In 1995 Tracie and her husband, Dave, started their custom home building business, Jansen Associates Ltd, where she helped to design and finish over 40 custom homes. Loving home design and interior furnishings, Tracie opened her first furniture consignment store in 2009.
