Massage therapy is an art form to me. Much in the same way a painter uses and applies all his tools to create beautiful art, my philosophy in creating the ultimate nurturing and therapeutic experience entails many components, which include the design of the treatment room, the temperature, the music, the oils and lotions used, the flow of the massage strokes connecting all of the body parts and most importantly, the total presence of the massage therapist.

In addition to the above components, my proficiency in Swedish Nurturing Therapeutic and Deep Tissue massage, Neuromuscular therapy with an emphasis in Shiatsu, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Aromatherapy, and Reiki energy healing, provides a soothing yet deeply therapeutic experience for each individual. My strong intuitive sense of communication with the body and graceful integration of different modalities allows for a firm, yet loving, safe and comforting experience. My ability to be completely present in all ways during my sessions provides the best possible experience and facilitated healing within each person. Each session is done in an environment that assists you in helping to heal and reconnect you to your own body and its wisdom. My intent for each session is to hold a space in which to awaken self­ knowledge of one’s physical being, thereby supporting and balancing the emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies of the receiver as well

Established in 2013.
