I would urge anyone considering surgery with this man to reconsider! Six years ago, he performed what should have been a routine, outpatient procedure, which resulted in osteomyelitis, loss of a joint & two bones, as well as chronic, disabling pain. Since then, I’ve undergone five more surgeries at the Mayo Clinic in AZ, trying to repair the damage that was done, but now I am facing amputation, despite all heroic efforts to salvage my now-​useless foot. Please, think twice before proceeding with ANY surgical procedure, and, at least get a second (or third) opinion!
