While the people were friendly, the follow-through was non existent. I provided the form from my doctor with the blood test request and the technician who took my blood asked me if the information was correct. I said it was. The results were not sent to my doctor. I had to call Quest and they said they could not release the results without talking with the doctor’s office. Isn’t the doctor’s form enough? Quest never submitted a payment request to my insurance company. They were very quick and efficient at billing me. Again, I had to call them and only then would they submit the bill to my insurance company. Total incompetence.

The staff was friendly, and through good timing on my end, or efficiency on theirs, I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. That’s worth at least three stars at least.
