This was seriously a better experience than any I’ve ever had at a salon for actual humans. If you have a cat, this is where you should take them to be groomed and nowhere else.
Barbara is awesome, she’s a cat-​owner and has been doing cats for as long as she’s been grooming. She’s a total pro. Good at what she does, very good with cats and knows how to handle them so they feel safe. We wanted a lion comb cut, which is a longer lion cut with no shave since our kitty likes to go outside a lot. She let us come in and look at guard sizes on Cosmo (our buddy) to find the length we wanted. After he was groomed, she let me come in and did a few adjustments for me on his ruff.
She tried the bath out but he was so scared she skipped it, which I really appreciated because a) she tried and b) she didn’t torture him just so he could get a bath.
Cosmo looks awesome. We are going to get him groomed more often and are going to see about working up to a bath.

I’m not typically compelled to write reviews but this facility proved to be exceptional. I’m from New York but I brought my Pug/​Boston Terrier mix here while I was visiting family. He stayed for boarding, but I also signed him up for aquatic exercise and a bath before I took him home with me. The staff was amazing and attentive. I’ve boarded dogs in other facilities and they’ve come home showing distinct signs of neglect or even abuse. This was definitely not the case with Pet Suites– my boy came home looking happy and healthy. The facility was clean and smelled good and all of the dogs were wagging their tails. My dog’s bath included a nail trimming and ear cleaning. Everything was a fair price for the obvious amount of attention that was given to the dogs. All of the staff knew my pup by name and told me about how he did during his stay, bath, swims, etc. As for the swimming– my dog loved it. It was a perfect combination of exercise and therapy (they use massage techniques on the dogs during their swims) and seemed to put a real spring in his step. Pet Suites even emailed me a video of one of his swim sessions! My only complaint is that this place doesn’t exist in New York! Thanks so much to the Pet Suites staff!

I sent my dog to day care at Pet Suites. She was a little aggressive with other dogs at first, but they really worked with her and now she loves it. She also has fewer problems with dogs while we are walking. She always comes home tired.

BE WARNED! Boarded my two dogs with Pet Suites last week. Three hours after checking them in I received a frantic call from the owner stating that one had gotten out. Rushed out there to assist with the search and no one was there and the place was closed! NO CALL TO FOLLOW UP ON LOST DOG THAT ENTIRE EVENING FROM PET SUITES! Finally got in touch with the owners the next day. Nope… they hadn’t found my dog as of yet. My dog went missing for three days and I finally found her on my own across the street from the facility. Follow up from Pet Suites was inexcusable.
