The Former executive Chef of Dosa, Paul Raj Karuppasamy, in San Francisco moved to Santa Fe with his wife Nellie Tischler, a native of Santa Fe, to open their own South Indian Restaurant.

A Native of Tamil Nadu India. Paul worked as the Executive Chef of Dosa in San Francisco for eight years. He has relocated to Santa Fe with this family. After doing pop-ups in local restaurants around town plus catering him and his wife have found a location and plan on opening their doors in January 2015
