Established in 1982.

Dr. Hazen graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 1979 and began his practice in Santa Fe in 1982.

He is a past district director of the New Mexico Chiropractic Association and still a member.

I was having numbness in my left arm from a neck accident. I had been to medical doctors, taking meds and it wasn’t going away. Dr. Hazen identified it as a cervical disk problem and began treatment. Now, after three weeks it is greatly reduced.

Almost passed the clinic, so would have benefited to check photo more closely! No nonsense or frills… just an excellent adjustment on a painful hip and some kind of ultrasound treatment to alleviate pain. Will return!
