Don Juan’s Paint & Body

I recently pulled too far forward in a parking space and partially tore off my front bumper on the concrete curb. My car has over 235K miles, so I am not looking to dump a bunch of money into the body at this point, but I don’t want it to look trashed, either. Don Juan’s replaced my back bumper after a rear-​end accident 7 – 8 years ago and did a great job, but it had been so long I couldn’t remember the name of their business. So, I went first to another body shop and was told that the bumper couldn’t be put back on because the clips were torn, and was quoted over $ 1000 to replace the entire bumper. :-(
Luckily, I finally remembered the name of Don Juan’s business and went back there to have them look at it. While I waited in the clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing customer area (check out the gorgeous rusted steel ceiling and also the leaves embedded in the floors), the appraiser took my car back and came back 10 minutes later with my bumper back in place! I don’t think they would have charged me but I was so happy and grateful I insisted on paying for an hour of shop time to tip the technician. Then I left a scarf behind and they called me right away. They are really great, honest people. I will not forget how well they treated me and will always go back to them.

Wife got in a fender bender, other guys fault

I damaged my Prius by backing into a dumpster. Based on the positive reviews on Unilocal,I selected Don Juan for the repairs. They did a perfect job on the repairs. Exact color match, no flaws, no final price surprises, car delivered on time. While I hope not to need body work anytime soon, if I do it’s nice to know I can count on these guys for quality work at a reasonable price!

Walmart patron crunched my CRV’s front fender and fled. The car is a daily driver and not a restored classic. I went to Don Juan’s Paint and Body. The appraiser looked at it and asked if he could pull it in the shop and have the technician look at it. 15 minutes later he returned, they had pulled out the dent, removed the other car’s paint, put paint on a few areas and the damage was essentially gone. Biggest surprise was they did not want to charge me; I tipped the tech. This is a well run business. Office is as clean as a medical office. Top all of this off with their honesty and attitude and a five star rating is well deserved.
