Desiree is amazing. Super professional. Quick. Efficient. Friendly. Wonderfully clean and comfortable. Best wax job ever. Not even comparable to others, really. Did I mention quick? She was so amazingly effective that it’s remarkable how quick it was and how important this was to the overall experience. Excellent.

Desiree is the absolute best. I have been getting waxing services for 22 years and have gone to salons in Miami, Los Angeles, Santa Cruz, Honolulu, and Portland. Now that I know Desiree is running her own salon, I will be making a point of seeing her before I travel to any warm and sunny destination (or to Portland, as the case may be) in addition to keeping up with my regular «basics» with her.
Desiree is skilled and professional, unafraid to be thorough, and amazingly efficient. While my waxing sessions can take 90 min to two hours with another esthetician, I can count on her to get me out of there in half that time — AND to do a better job!!!
Desiree is such a miracle worker, it doesn’t even hurt. OK. Just kidding. Waxing hurts no matter where you go. …And that is why it’s so important to find someone who is good at it. Desiree. She is awesome, professional, skilled, and likable.
Last notes: A+ for cleanliness and professionalism. Her room is warm and the space is comfortable and hip. Good parking availability in the rail yard, too. Pricing is competitive for the market, but a much better value because she’s one of the best in Santa Fe.

This place is awesome! Her waxing technique is the least painful I I’ve ever experienced in the 10+ years I’ve been getting waxed. Better yet, she chats with you the whole time so you don’t feel uncomfortable or focus too much on the process. Great location and charming chic atmosphere.

The BEST wax I’ve ever had– super fast and much less painful than anywhere else. Very sanitary practices and high quality cream wax make it an even better experience! AND the owner/​waxer is so sweet!!!
