Well, everything I had tasted okay, but the portions were tiny, and the prices were beyond high. My Broccoli and Beef was cold and beginning to dry out, and Both the Tempura and the Dumplings were just cold and greasy. They serve everything cafeteria style, so don’t expect freshly prepared food when you order. To maximize your chances of getting fresh hot food, treat this place like a buffet and don’t go outside of peak dinning hours like I did. I would’ve given another star or two if my food had been hot, but their offer to heat it up in the microwave just wasn’t the same.

Ever since Mimi left the quality of the food I order has gone down. Mimi left saying she was going on vacation and never returned saying her daughter was taking over but not sure if that was true. I noticed that the hot mustard and the sweet and sour sauce was significantly different and the service was also not like before. Others I know have asked about Mimi and they say she is there in the afternoons, but that is never true. Just not as good as it once was.

Haven’t eaten here yet. I tried to order food and they kept hanging up on me and said not to call because they didn’t have a dsl filter for their phone and couldn’t use their credit card machine while I was ordering.

Cheap Chinese takeout. A pretty small menu but everything on it is anywhere from standard Chinese fare to pretty good. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are fast and friendly. One caution, the spicy pork will make you cry like no green chile could.

This is my favorite oriental food restaurant. What a delightful couple that operates this restaurant. The restaurant is clean. The food is appetizing. My husband and I enjoyed the vegetarian items. The tempura was especially delicious. We will be back again and again.

This is not made to order — it is like what you find in an airport, pre-made on steam table to stay warm. I felt it was heavy and greasy. Ordered the lemon chicken, and it was more fried coating than chicken(I couldn’t eat it). The spicy chicken was better, but still heavy. The fried rice was fine. If you are a foodie, and you have a sensitive palate, this place is not for you. If you just want grub, go for it. The service was excellent.

We loved this place, they get you in and out fast like Panda express but the food is much better. The owners are very friendly and generous with samples and portions. They have a huge variety of food from sushi to Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Curry. They don’t use MSG, which is important to us… but the food is very delicious and satisfying. My wife got the curry chicken which was tender and savory along with a fresh seaweed salad. I had kung pao shrimp, spicy chicken and a spring roll. They gave us some samples of dumplings and other items for free. This is a place where you won’t regret trying something new.

The couple who owns this place brought me dinner one night from here after I returned their lost cell phone. Food was delicious and the couple is very friendly.

Classic Chinese grease fest owned by two of the biggest sweethearts on planet earth. This cute old couple is friendly and feeds the homeless with their leftovers at the end of the night. The food is actually pretty awesome and such a value to be sure. This is by far one of the best deals this close to the plaza. The items that are breaded don’t go down quite as well but things like the Kung Pao Shrimp and Super Spicy Chicken are pretty amazing, and again, such a deal! I think the sweet couple might be selling… gosh I hope not! Tip these cuties!

This place doesn’t serve fresh food. I mean FRESHHHHHH, let alone tasty or healthy… Everytime I go there, it grosses me out. Ewwwwwwwwww… Just blame it on my eternal love for Asian food. Well, the old couple are annoying too. Not trying to be mean. But they are savvy but fake. Will never be back.

This place is ran by a couple, very friendly if I may add. They do have a good selection as well as for those who are in search of healthy selections(steamed brown rice). They have great service, food and prices. Ideal for quick lunch or dinner, on the go.

Someone told me this place was pretty good so I gave it a try. First off the parking lot is a total fuster cluck. I went in and no other customers were there and since it was my first time I was checking everything out thoroughly before ordering. It’s kind of set up like Panda Express but older dumpier and dirty. Everything is already made up and you view it through the glass. A couple of minutes later and another customer showed up and I suddenly felt pressured to get on with my order. The staff was very friendly otherwise I would have given this place one star. It’s not very clean. The food wasn’t fresh and honestly not good at all. I won’t be going back anytime soon if at all.

Chopstix is one of those places which has no right being as good as it is. It is GOOD. Previously I had«dinged» the restaurant as I thought I had received«food poisoning» while there. Indeed not the case, as over the next week, the entire family came down with a stomach virus — including those who never ate there. So, my apologies to Chopstix(I have since removed that review and updated it with this one. I had the Korean BBQ and it was as good as the other reviewers here have said. The couple who run the place are wonderful to deal with. For those nights where you just want to «stay in» and eat good food at home. Take out from Chopstix. You will not be disappointed.

The friendliest couple owns and runs this place. It’s not the best chinese food you’ve ever had, but compared to some of the other crap you find in town, it’s not that bad. It’s cheap and they always throw in a little extra for you if you tip them. After adding a small tip a few times, they actually opened up the bag, and gave me egg rolls and added more food to my takeout.

This is by far my favorite place to eat, not only because its close to my house, but the owners are the cutest and friendliest people ever! My favorite thing on the menu are the Korean Short Ribs which they usually always have and the Egg Drop Soup. If they are out of something in the buffet line, they make sure the cooks start a fresh batch of whatever you enjoy. Side note: a couple of guys came to see if they had any food to give away, so the owners found something for them to do,(like sweep up the leaves on the outside patio) and as payment they hooked them up with some serious food to take home. They believe in hard work and taking care of those that can’t always find work. I love that!

I’ve been coming to Santa Fe for years and now live here and just had the good sense to stop in Chopstix for lunch yesterday. This is where I should have been coming all along. No MSG, which is fabulous, and generous portions. My lunch was less than $ 8, which is hard to get to in Santa Fe.. .and the General Tso’s chicken and stir-fried green beans I had were delicious. I’ll be going back for more. And more.

Such a friendly, cute couple to help you through their delicious menu. AND they have home made kim-chi for sale. This is legit as all get out. I got handed multiple samples of gyoza and lemon chicken, even after I’d made my purchase of tasty mongolian beef, and spicy kungpao shrimp for my dad. Grab an almond cookie, and thank them so much because you will feel like you just fooled all of Santa Fe by getting a meal for 2(4 because the portions are large) for under $ 20! (p.s. I also saw a homeless woman come in and she was told to return at 8. I think they must give food away at the end of the business day. hook. it. up.)

The customer service is outstanding. They are the nicest people to serve. There is only outdoor seating as the place is quite small. The food was ok, but found most of it to be greasy(as is any Chinese restaurant, right?) but fits your idea of a regular Chinese take out restaurant. A good fit for someone wanting good service and ok food.
