Meet the Business Owner

Rick and Ron C de Baca.

Business Owner

Rick (Vice President) and Ron (President) C de Baca born and raised in Santa Fe, purchased the Big Jo from their father Richard C de Baca (Chief), who still occasionally comes in and works. Rick and Ron also hired third generation daughter and niece, Jessica C de Baca. We all believe that Being a part of a locally owned, family business that has succeeded and evolved over time has it’s challenges, but if there is anything that we have learned is that the best business practices that are constant here at Big Jo include:

Surrounding yourself with good people (amazing things will happen).

Provide the best customer service possible (#1).

Support the community that supports you!
