I am sorry to post this. I agree with Rennie C. Results are so so. Phone manners are poor. Face to face manners even worse. And incredibly, ridiculously expensive. Fortunately, I have a found excellent groomers in town who are reasonable on every level.

Worst grooming ever on my toy schnauzer. Uneven, missed areas, dirty ears, nails burred. On top of that she was desperate for water. She sat with her ears back panting in the car.

Good groomers, decent prices and the staff is helpful and accommodating. My pooch was stayed with them a few times and she never appears to be overly traumatized by being boarded there. I found them after using other kennels in town where my dog was literally dripping in urine upon me picking her up.
