We enjoy comprehensive projects as well as furnishing a single bedroom or kitchen remodel. For 5 years we held the interior design position for the New Mexico Governor’s Mansion Foundation here in Santa Fe and we’ve recently completed an interior design remodel of Santa Fe’s Las Campanas spa and new children’s wing.

Our projects typically begin from the ground up and are completed with furnishing the home. During the construction process we are involved with clients, architects, builders and sub-​contractors and once we move into the furnishing phase we begin working with a new group of professionals: furniture makers, fabric companies, iron workers, upholsterers, drapery work rooms, et cetera.

We are completely immersed from beginning to end. It is important that our clients have a sense of both physical and emotional well-​being in their homes.

Business Owner

Annie O’Carroll, owner and principal, has been practicing interior design in Santa Fe since 1991. Before moving to New Mexico, Annie enjoyed a career with Marriott Hotels in International Travel sales. Traveling awakened in her a love of design in architecture and interiors.

Annie left the hotel field to study design and earn a degree from the Design Institute in Newport Beach, California.

Annie believes the best design is the product of collaborating with client, architect and builder. Her most striking projects have involved her from the inception of a project to placing the final painting-​always with an eye to the finished project. It is the job of a great design team to express a client’s vision and desires with beauty and creativity and to aim beyond the client’s expectations.
