Established in 1980.

Marilyn Proctor started in the real estate business in 1980 with a small, at home business. Over the years she worked with some of the larger firms in Santa Fe and realized the need for a more customer service oriented businss to cater to both owners and guests visiting Santa Fe. After working for others, she has now come full service and is proud of her new partnership with her husband, Daryl. Together with this team of Marilyn and Daryl, Adobe Destinations by Proctor Property Mangement offers vacation rentals, long term rentals and Hometending exclusively in the Santa Fe market.

Business Owner

Marilyn Proctor moved to Santa Fe in 1973. After working with a local builder, she received her Real Estate license in 1979. After working in the sales field, she pursued her interest of property management. Ms Proctor has been in the field of property management in Santa Fe for 30 years and recently joined Proctor Managment as Owner of Adobe Destinations by Proctor Property Management. Ms. Proctor has a vast knowledge of both long and short term rentals. Her name is synonomous with being the expert in the Short Term vacation rental market in Santa Fe, New Mexico…
