Source One Payment Solutions

Our company recently switched to Source One Payment Solutions from our bank. They gave us much better pricing as well as taught us how to process transactions faster and more efficient. Not only are we saving money but their customer service is outstanding and very helpful! Thanks Sounce One, you guys are awesome!

I thought for awhile before even looking on Unilocal to complain about their very bad service, ever increasing prices and absolute poor representation until I dropped them. Our rep, or so call rep David was the worst! He never measured up to Bill Keane. Bill was the reason we went with Source One. I was further disappointing when I had to pay off the lease on my terminal. I wish I would have left sooner! Shop around!

Horrible is the best word to describe them. I have been with source one for 3 years and my rate keeps increasing and for a company that strives for the best customer service I have never been talked to so rudely on the phone. Bill Keane is the reason we signed up and before he passed away our rate was great no deposit problems and he would even always stop by with free reciecpt paper. Since he passed my rate has steadly been increasing and according to them it is another fee from visa and mastercard. My biggest concern was why my deposits were all getting split up and when I called on the phone I was being thrown around and I asked to talk to the supervisor and they just put me back on the phone with the girl who answered it and she said she was the supervisor. If you were the supervisor why did you send me to another department you should have resolved the issue than and there. I am writing this review while on the phone with them and now they tell me they do not know why I did not recieve my money!!! Pick someone else because I will be shopping for a new payment center as of now!

When it comes to merchant services the only thing that is important is service and pricing. A rep from Source One analyzed my statements and showed me how Wells Fargo Bank was overcharging me and hiding that fact. I had 2 more competitors quote me and decided to sign up with Source One. The service is excellent. They answer my phone calls and are always there to help me maintain my ability to accept credit cards. I will recommend them to any business owner.

OMG!!! I could never figure out their fees. My salesman could not figure them out either, just told me that visa and mastercard charge these fees and are transferred to me. I used them for 4 years. I asked them about a mobile device. They told me the cost would be 375.00 for each unit. I then contacted square. They send out a free unit and only charge me 2.75% period. I tested out Source one and only charged one transaction. They charged me 25.35%. When I asked my salesman, He stated, You were charged a min. fee. You need to move more credit cards to lower your percentage. WHAT A FREAKEN JOKE!!! They are all con artist. So then I cancelled my account. Then, I get a $ 89.00 automatic withdraw and they stated that it was min fees for just having an account (mind you I cancelled this account be for they stole my money). STAY AWAY… THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

My company scheduled an account review with Source One to see if we could save some money after a friend recommended them to me. The Source One representative discovered we had been paying too much for processing and equipment for years when we processed credit cards with Wells Fargo Bank. He took his time to answer all of our questions. He also did a side by side comparison. He was very thorough and went over the contract and every detail with us. I also called the local office the support staff and found them to be knowledgeable and helpful during the process. We have referred Source One Payment Solutions to other business owners and our friends because they have been fair and honest.

HORRIBLE! My co– workers and I have been beyond disappointed in this company. We were lied to from day one. Constantly charged new fee’s. I was told my contract would be waived and to not worry about it. Now they want $ 350 to get out of a three year contract we all did not existed. Square up by Chase is a much better way to go. They are honest with NO contracts. Source One you will never get a straight story. The whole company are a bunch of scam artists!
