McDonald’s

Went through the drive thru the last night… ordered a combo and the fries had probably been sitting there for a really long time they were not hot and not crisp. Gross!

I agree with all the previous comments. I went through the drive thru last week and was handed the wrong meal at the window and informed them immediately at the drive thru window that it wasn’t my order. They told me I was wrong and I showed them the receipt I was given. I gave the bag back to them and they had me wait at the staging area so they could get my right order. After waiting 5 minutes I walked in to see what was up and they complete forgot about me. Instead of being sincere they asked 20 questions and then made my food. Don’t go

Nasty, very dirty gross, soda station out of everything, water everywhere. It smells like sewer, and they are rude.

Keep walking! The General Manager was super rude to me! Let’s put it this way, all I wanted was a packet of sugar. I had bought a coffee at a nearby McDonalds and they didn’t give enough sugar. I didn’t notice this until I walked into Walmart. I hap pend to notice a McDonalds inside so I took my receipt that was posted on my cup. I asked for a cup of sugar.
The manager barely spoke English and was loud and rude to me. She said that she couldn’t give me sugar because I didn’t buy the coffee there. I said but it’s the same chain that’s dumb. After getting flustered and going back and forth, I asked if I could just buy a sugar packet. She then threw the sugar on the counter and walked away. She was so rude and unprofessional I couldn’t believe it. It ruined my morning. I told her that I was going to report her and she wouldn’t give me anyone’s name or contact info. She just threw a McDonalds bag at me and said to look it up. What??? I couldn’t believe anyone can be a manager with this attitude. Terrible customer service!
Don’t go here! Keep walking and go to the one outside.
