Continue CPR

I came here for my IV Certification & Blood Withdrawl course and BLS recert. For our IV cert. we received a study guide and lecture followed by hands on training for each day of the program. Our instructor, Liz, was super helpful and knowledgeable, answered any and all questions. This place was recommended to me not only because it’s certified by the board of nursing, but because it’s inexpensive compared to other places I searched for. If you plan on taking the recert BLS course, bring your manual if you have one, from the year 2010. It’ll save you extra cash to bring your own. I am definitely planning on attending more courses in the immediate future.

What a wonderful environment. Liz is such a great instructor. Very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Please be advised this is not an easy pay and get your card type of place. Don’t get me wrong if you have experience and know your NRP (this is what I got tested on) then your fine but if you are less than experienced (new grad, changing units) then make sure you study. Thank you again Liz!

I went for my CPR renewal on 5÷22÷14.
There is adequate parking for the different offices in the building which is always a big plus.
The actual renewal process was a breeze. Because the instructors were practically strangers to me I was relaxed and open to the learning process. It was stress free and the class size was smaller so we had our own mannequins to practice on. If you bring your own CPR book you get a $ 10 discount. It’s good we can sign out one from my job for free.
I’d definitely come and do my CPR renewals here from now on.

This is the place to go. Friendly, easy going, but especially up to date, informal and acommodating. You can see them as strict, but if u go to a CPR class and can’t perform basic CPR cuz ur back; that’s like going to the gym with a bad back. You can’t do it! Sounds like everyone who is complaining just wanted them to give em a card. Put in some work and get the book. Simple. They’re cool. I fully recommend

I’ve been to other certification centers and they were more supportive and stress free than this place. Supposedly this place prides themselves on being stress-​free… that’s what caught my eye before I decided to come here!
Class was supposed to start at 9 A.M. but the instructor didn’t come until 10:15 A.M. Then we were quizzed right away and tested on NRP. I really thought we would get to practice some skills and go through everything together, but nope! Learning from a book compared to hand-​on skills is really different! Of course there is a lot of information I don’t remember because I took the online exam about 3 weeks ago, but I had the expectation that we would have a handout or some sort of review (the class IS scheduled for 4 hours). When she found out we were newbies, she gave an attitude and said we have a lot to do. Was this supposed to be easy money?! I’ve had less stress getting my BLS and ACLS!
I don’t even know if a refund is allowed!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I have attended this BCLS class several times and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Elizabeth and Matthew are excellent instructors and the class is fantastic and highly informative. I dont agree with the previous review that indicated that this place isnt legitimate. Elizabeth offers many classes (ACLS, PALS, NRS, NCLEX review, Vocational nursing courses, ect.) and is highly accredited. I feel confident that the skills I continue to acquire at Continue CPR will allow me to continue to assist others in a speedy recovery and positive outcomes. Thank you Continue CPR!!!

This is my third time being here to renew my blcs/​CPR card. I’ve had no problems with it, you had to watch videos and practice on a mannequin which is hard but no one shouts at you. Sometimes I have trouble but the guy still passes you, he just advises to try with a little more strength. At the end you take a test and I honestly don’t know how many your allowed to miss because once I was so hungry I filled in any answer and I still passed, I don’t know how much I missed but he said to study more. I attend the one from 9am to 1pm and by noon my stomach is growling, so grab a but to eat before class so you can be focused.

If you don’t its $ 61.

Highly educated and very experienced instructors especially Elizabeth. I have taken my recertifications here for the past eight years. She always makes her classes interesting so that you don’t fall asleep hahaha…
