Carl’s Jr.

Went inside with 2 friends. No other customers inside, just us. My 2 friends ordered and a teen girl brought the food to us which I almost never see but they literally had no customers.
But this teen girl was pretty rude. She wanted us in and out so bad.

I went to this location yesterday best experience ever excellent fast service, friendly employees and great food. My burger was delicious I ordered crisscuts fries too. Definitely a great place to eat. Restrooms were clean too.

I absolutely loved this Carl’s jr. Service was fenomenal… the staff treated me as if I was in a sit down restsurant. The dining was clean. Whenever I’m in the Santa Fe spring area, I’ll make sure to stop by this Carl’s jr. Keep up the great work.

The food is very good. I haven’t had Carl’s Jr. in six years. I’ve been living in Florida for the past six years and the only thing in Florida is Hardee’s. The food is not the same, I definitely prefer Carl’s Jr.

I stopped going here awhile back because the burger patties are so incredibly DRY and tasteless that all their silly gimmicky toppings and sauces can’t save it. Then I remembered their chicken sandwich was really good. Well leave it to Carl’s to screw that up. The bun was sweeter than a danish or a donut. Really bizarre tasting. If you like chicken on a sweet roll with lettuce, tomato and mayo, you’re in luck. Head to Carl’s.

I really enjoyed my recent visit to this location.
There is ample parking in the plaza it is located in and the inside of the restaurant is kept very clean.
I ordered a big carl combo with zucchini instead of fries. However, when I received the zucchini, the spice/​herbs on the batter made me want to vomit after trying one. My husband brought the zucchinis to the counter and asked the lady if we could just exchange it for onion rings. The lady never questioned my husband and said it would be ready in about 5 minutes. She instructed by husband to return to our table and she would bring it out when it was ready.
I continued to eat my burger and the nice lady brought my piping hot onions rings to our table with a smile. This made me feel really good considering it was a fast food restaurant.
My husband ordered the 4 items for 4 dollars which included a small drink, fries, spicy chicken sandwich and a burger. It was a great deal for the price and he was pretty stuffed afterwards.
The employees definitely have great customer service training. I really hope it never changes since it is a rarity.
The drink stations are also kept clean without any spills from customers.
As long as they keep up their customer service and in store cleanliness, this will be a location I will frequent.
PS. I did not find this out until after my meal but you get a 20% discount with your first Unilocal check in. I however, did not check in until after… smacks head!

I love Drive thru! Under new management great job! This girl took my order she always nice. she is professional.. Didn’t know her name but she has a piercing in her left side of her nose. Order sm fries and Bb ckn sand no Bb sauce. love it! I had that for breakfast.. thanks carl’s jr…

If you want attitude come here. I had changed my mind about getting ketchup and the girl snapped at my friend who was the driver «that’s why I asked you the first time if you wanted ketchup…». Yea I know but I changed my mind and wanted ketchup after all. How hard is it to grab ketchup packets and extend your arm out and put them in a paper bag! I skip Carls for breakfast I don’t need attitude over ketchup packets in the morning or ever. She made it seem like the biggest inconvenience

Came to eat and we were looking at the menu. No one said anything to us. Never even walked to the register for us to order. So anther person walked in and we told him go ahead we are still looking. He walked to the register and still no one moved to help him either. He was there 3 min and left. We ended up leaving too since no one wanted to help us. We’ll spend our money on a buisness that cares.

I came to this Carl’s Jr a year ago and didn’t have a great experience. A month ago the new General Manager sent me a message to invite me back and give this place another chance. So I did. My girlfriend and I stopped by on our day off for lunch. The manager was there and he was friendly. Greeted me and a smile and a hand shake and toon my order. Brought it to my table and mad sure we were good. I’ll be back. It was way better this time.

This place must be under new management — very different from last year… food was perfect and on time.

This Carl’s Jr experience was amazing! The workers always have great customer service from the moment I arrive, to when I leave. They constantly check up on you, provide a number of condiments, and always fulfill my order correctly, the all natural burger. The manager Tyler is always there to keep a conversation going while you wait shortly. Their friendly service and amazing management is like icing to the cake for fast food. I rate 5 stars!

Tried the mush n Swiss burger today. I like mushroom, but not this burger. It lacks flavor, not worth the price. El Diablo burger is way better. save that $ 10 on a real gourmet burger.

I ordered the Famous Star combo with the Fresh Baked Bun and onion rings. My fiancée ordered bacon and swiss chicken sandwich with a side of mayo. We got our order within a respectable amount of time to our table. My burger tasted fresh. I will definitely order the fresh baked bun versus the sesame seed bun for all my burger orders from this day forward. The onion rings were amazing! My fiancée said, «I love the onion rings!» They were fresh and crispy! As for my fiancée’s chicken sandwich, she said the batter was crispy and the chicken was juicy. Thumbs up!
As for location cleanliness, at was clean all-​around including the restrooms. I noticed when the employees were not doing anything behind the counter, one of them would survey the dining area and clean whatever looked dirty.
We also ordered our «usual» at any Carl’s Jr location… one milkshake for my fiancée and once malt shake for me. They were made in less than three minutes! Definitely beats our last visit which took about 10 minutes for two shakes.
Good job to Tyler and his team! We will be coming back!

It can be very frustrating ordering take out on the road. I must say this Carl’s Junior does it right. Order was correct, fast and food was fresh and hot.

Carl’s Jr. Is not famous for good food, but this place was able to do even worst. Our breakfast was totally disgusting. Me and my friends almost threw all of it away. Won’t ever go again.

Forgot the cheese on my super star! They fixed it and gave me free fries,(sweet). Bathroom and restaurant were quite clean. Staff was also very friendly, hard to see what other reviews were pinpointing. I’ll try the drive thru next time!

I had so many bad experiences at other Carl’s locations.
I didn’t expect super friendly service from this location due to my previous experiences.
This location will be only Carl’s location that I’ll ever visit.
The drive-​through girl was so professional and friendly.
This is the reason why I would continue to visit them on regular basis.
I felt welcomed and treated like customer, not rushed into ordering things.
The girl named «Jessica» (I overheard the name inside) whom I’ve seen in this place for few times is darling as always.
Carl’s should award her for her excellency.
The lady who appears to be the manager besides Jessica also acknowledge me outside and gave me a smile.
You well deserve 5 stars for your service!!!
