I love this place everyone is super friendly and polite the staff is very kind and helpful. The pricing is awesome. I have been looking around and no one has been as helpful as the people here have been. I will continue to use this storage place if I ever need storage in the future couldn’t of found a better place. Thanks guys

this was the first place I started looking on 4÷1÷15 and ended up getting a u it because of price and service. Chris was very, very, very helpful and cares about customer service. He obviously is doing something to keep people coming in and renting from them. I will definitely recommend this place to people from now on.

I went to public storage to try and find a unit. Costumer service was horrible and I could have rented a small apartment for the price they were trying to charge. It was refreshing to be greeted kindly when I walked into the office at A American. They were so polite and helpful, not to mention the affordable pricing.

A American Storage Crew has been totally awesome with us. They work with us with our payments. There costumer service is better than any other storage place I have gone too. They were very Hospitable and welcoming. The Manager was very helpful with all our questions and concerns definitely recommend using them to store your stuff.

Paid for one year up front last year, and rent was coming due in Jan 2011, wanted to re-​new for another year and when I called to get pricing the employee named Chris answered and was VERY rude to me. I had my credit card in hand ready to re-​new my storage for another year, (paying up front again –which means guaranteed payment for a year) and I was told off by this employee. He told me «Mam don’t talk to me like you know me! YOU DONT KNOW ME!» and even told me to take my storage else where if I don’t like his service! Shocked at the way he was talking to me and yelling at me, I asked for a manager and he said he was in charge and would not give me any other information.
So I got on the website and called corporate and one of the managers called me back and said he was very very surprised to hear that Chris spoke to me this way and was going to do everything in his power to keep me at this storage facility. He told me he needed to talk to Chris and then he would get back to me. (he promised to call me back the same day)
Of course I never got a call back from this manager, luckily for me he called me from his personal cell phone so I had his number and called him back and left him a message. When he called me back he wasn’t very nice this time either, he told me he spoke to Chris and said «he gave me a completely different story than you» –first off, why would he tell me this? He knew it would make me upset… and secondly-​did he really think his employee would tell him what he did? After him going on for a minute or two I told him I wouldn’t feel safe there any longer since Chris would still be there, and the fact that he knows who I am and that I complained, and rather than insuring me it would be ok, he told me «well you have to do what you have to do!» so guess what! I did what I had to do, I got my stuff and moved out to a cheaper storage in less than a week later. Plus I am saving over $ 250 now!
BEWARE OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY, THEY CONSTANTLY LEAVE THE FRONT GATE OPEN FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO WALK IN OR DRIVE IN AT ANY TIME. –APPARENTLY THE CODES THEY GIVE YOU FOR THE GATE DONT MATTER.
